職位描述:1、班級(jí)的管理;和學(xué)員活動(dòng)的組織與策劃;2、對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量和學(xué)員滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析;3、了解學(xué)員的思想動(dòng)態(tài)及時(shí)給予解決;4、組織班級(jí)間學(xué)員的交流、研討等活動(dòng);5、完成上級(jí)交辦的各項(xiàng)工作。6、有培訓(xùn)咨詢經(jīng)驗(yàn)、客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或班主任工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。任職條件:1、教育心理學(xué)或教育行為學(xué)專業(yè)2、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識(shí)。
