崗位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)所屬項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全管理工作,協(xié)助其他部門進(jìn)行規(guī)劃、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、成本、設(shè)計(jì)管理;
2.負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)工程的監(jiān)督、協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)電專業(yè)工程的質(zhì)量、施工進(jìn)度、安全、文明施工及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等各方面工作,保證項(xiàng)目的節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)度;
3.負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)工程各分部分項(xiàng)工程的質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收評(píng)定工作;
4.熟悉施工圖紙,參與圖紙會(huì)審和技術(shù)交底并督促執(zhí)行,參與技術(shù)會(huì)議并提出合理化建議;
5.熟悉合同工期及各相關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)工期要求,參與項(xiàng)目的生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)及調(diào)度工作,督促審核總分包單位和供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,解決有關(guān)矛盾,確保合同工期的實(shí)現(xiàn);
6.督促檢查總分包單位、分項(xiàng)工程技術(shù)復(fù)核工作,參與研究有關(guān)技術(shù)方案,督促檢查方案的實(shí)施;
7.負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場監(jiān)理單位管理,參加驗(yàn)收工作,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)施工中存在的質(zhì)量問題,并督促整改落實(shí);
8.督促檢查施工過程中的安全生產(chǎn)、文明施工等工作,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題督促整改;
9.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事項(xiàng)。
任職資格:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,建筑、機(jī)電、裝飾等相關(guān)專,具備工程師專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱、建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格;
2. 熟悉了解外資工程項(xiàng)目管理模式、具備設(shè)計(jì)院或者一線施工單位服務(wù)背景、掌握土建、裝飾、機(jī)電等國家強(qiáng)制性規(guī)范(具有乙方一線建設(shè)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)為最佳);
3.五年及以上教育集團(tuán)或大型房產(chǎn)公司任職經(jīng)驗(yàn),獨(dú)立完成過完整的商業(yè)綜合體、園區(qū)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者學(xué)校或者幼兒園項(xiàng)目,具有至少5
個(gè)完整的大型商業(yè)項(xiàng)目機(jī)電施工管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),擅長標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程建設(shè)及匯報(bào)ppt能力,具有較好的工程技術(shù)與項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉地產(chǎn)流程及造價(jià)管預(yù)決算等方面管理能力;
4.積極陽光,具有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、解決問題能力與項(xiàng)目管理能力;
5.具備較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力,可以接受出差。

幼兒園學(xué)校教科室主任崗位職責(zé)
1.掌握科學(xué)的教育理念,樹立正確的人才觀,了解國內(nèi)外教育前沿信息,努力推進(jìn)學(xué)校(幼兒園)教育現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程。以實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育、全面培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力為重點(diǎn),制訂學(xué)校(幼兒園)的教育科研發(fā)展規(guī)劃和教育科研工作的方針、政策以及工作計(jì)劃。
2.理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合,遵循教育科研規(guī)律,從實(shí)際出發(fā),切實(shí)加強(qiáng)教育科研的開展。既要注重前瞻性、系統(tǒng)性,又要注重實(shí)效性。
3.加強(qiáng)對(duì)教師教育科研的崗位培訓(xùn),組織教師學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)代教育理論,普及教育科研基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),引導(dǎo)教師積極投入到教育科研中去,以科研帶動(dòng)教學(xué)和教改。
4.根據(jù)上級(jí)教育科研部門的要求,認(rèn)真抓好學(xué)校(幼兒園)集體或個(gè)人承擔(dān)的各級(jí)各類立項(xiàng)課題的管理,確保按期完成,出好成果,出精品。
5.堅(jiān)持“立足現(xiàn)實(shí)、著眼發(fā)展、突出重點(diǎn),全面推進(jìn)”的課題研究的原則,制訂校(幼兒園)級(jí)課題的立項(xiàng)制度,擴(kuò)大教育科研的參與面 ,抓好課題申報(bào)、論證、立項(xiàng)、計(jì)劃、實(shí)施、總結(jié)和成果推廣等課題管理各環(huán)節(jié),使教育科研走上科學(xué)化、制度化、規(guī)范化的軌道。
6.及時(shí)開展各種課題研究咨詢活動(dòng),解決課題研究中的問題,促進(jìn)理論和教育實(shí)踐的結(jié)合,主動(dòng)為課題研究者提供指導(dǎo)、咨詢和信息服務(wù),同時(shí)主動(dòng)加強(qiáng)與上級(jí)教育科研部門的聯(lián)系,及時(shí)匯報(bào)學(xué)校教育科研和課題研究的進(jìn)展情況,求得上級(jí)有關(guān)部門的幫助指導(dǎo)。
7.通過多種渠道積極宣傳教育科研和教學(xué)改革的信息,引導(dǎo)教師吸收和借鑒國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)教育思想和教改經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合自己的和學(xué)校的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造性地發(fā)揮。
8.定期舉辦各種形式的學(xué)校(幼兒園)教育科研評(píng)獎(jiǎng)活動(dòng),及時(shí)推廣教師的教育科研研究成果并匯集成冊(cè)。
9.努力構(gòu)建課題組、兼職教科研員等形式的學(xué)校(幼兒園)群眾性教育科研網(wǎng)絡(luò),加強(qiáng)對(duì)教育科研骨干的培養(yǎng),促進(jìn)廣大青年教師從實(shí)踐型、經(jīng)驗(yàn)型轉(zhuǎn)化為科研型。
10.加強(qiáng)與教導(dǎo)處等有關(guān)部門的協(xié)同作戰(zhàn),努力探索優(yōu)化教學(xué)、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的途徑和辦法,注意將信息技術(shù)引進(jìn)課堂,把提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量作為學(xué)校(幼兒園)教育科研的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和歸宿。
