第1篇 天線工程崗位職責
崗位職責:
1、負責自研項目的天線評估;
2、跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)天線事宜;
3、解決項目研發(fā)過程中的難點問題;
4、沉淀和提煉過往項目的技術(shù)經(jīng)驗。
崗位要求:
1、全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷,通信或電子類專業(yè)畢業(yè);
2、五年以上手機天線研發(fā)經(jīng)驗;
3、精通手機天線研發(fā),有4g和金屬邊框天線研發(fā)經(jīng)驗;
4、具有良好的溝通能力,學(xué)習(xí)能力,較強的責任心與抗壓能力。
第2篇 天線研發(fā)工程崗位職責
崗位職責:
1、負責北斗天線或其他天線的研發(fā)設(shè)計工作。
2、從事天線開發(fā)設(shè)計到小批量生產(chǎn)跟進,解決異常。
崗位要求:
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷,電磁場與微波技術(shù)、電磁場與無線技術(shù)、通信相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、熟悉天線原理,對各種形式的天線能融會變通,有創(chuàng)新能力;
3、對圓極化天線,對稱振子或者螺旋天線熟悉;
4、熟悉設(shè)計功分器,移相器等無源器件;
5、熟練使用ansoft hfss 或cst等仿真軟件,熟練使用protel等制版軟件;
6、熟練使用autocad等結(jié)構(gòu)軟件;
7、熟練使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀、信號源、頻譜儀、噪聲分析儀等各種射頻儀器,熟練掌握天線方向圖測試系;
8、動手能力強,天線調(diào)試經(jīng)驗豐富,對天線材料有一定的了解。

第3篇 天線設(shè)計工程崗位職責

stand from rf side, work with saa team to make sure specific project success in a timely manner with good quality; build and maintain relation with key-customer‘s rd team, to ensure success in long term business relation
major responsibilities
- well communication with customer to figure out customer‘s tech requirement;
- evaluate customers original input, provide counter proposal and negotiate with customer;
- make rf design for certain project;
- prepare rf sample, approval sheet, rf test instruction, with pm/me;
- work with me/pm for all design documentation from rf side;
- proactively involve project activities for rf and general projects issue;
- proactively involve general department issue and provide training or other help for new comer;
- support production line for all design issue even after design release. support production line for non-design issue per reporter‘s arrangement.
job specification
- university degree major in rf discipline;
- at least 1 years rf design experience in mass production industry is preferable;
- rf knowledge, iso9000, product creation procedure;
- work with team member with different individual natural;
- arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way;
- good time management and skills in communication, negotiation, decision making;
- oral/written english, team work, constructive, proactive.
