responsible for process optimization and assist in quality assurance for fengxian plant
main responsibilities:
prepare laboratory sample to evaluate the process feasibility
準備實驗樣品評估工藝的可行性
optimize manufacturing process to improve quality and minimize customer complaint

resolve customer complaints with the team

provide daily support to work instructions on jde and hmi environments
在jde系統(tǒng)里提供每日的生產(chǎn)報告
qualify new raw material
評估新的原材料是否合格
experience and education required:
bachelor and above degree
本科以上學歷
3 years related working experience
3年以上化工行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
major in chemistry, chemical engineering with knowledge/experience in quality assurance a plus
化學,化學工程等相關(guān)專業(yè),有qa相關(guān)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
good english communication skills
良好的英文聽說讀寫技能
strong ability to endure the pressure
具有一定的抗壓能力

第2篇 高級工藝工程師/工藝副經(jīng)理sr.pe/asst.pemanager崗位職責職位要求
職責描述：
崗位職責：maintain and improve the process of mass production to meet quality， production efficiency， safety， cost and delivery target.
1、manage the product flow chart負責公司工藝制程，解決工藝異常，改善和提升工藝，提高效率和質(zhì)量；
2、manage the dpu on process提升產(chǎn)品制程能力，工藝流程維護、優(yōu)化及改進，不斷提升制程直通率；
3、firefighting on line in time及時解決制程異常，改善對策并追蹤關(guān)閉，推動工藝改善；
4、make sure the process is workable and effective ，mass production can run smoothly確保制程工藝是可行和有效的，批量生產(chǎn)可以順利進行；
5、process improvement to improve the quality， efficiency and drive cost reduction改進工藝，提高質(zhì)量，提高效率，降低成本；
6、process definition， improvement and failure analysis for product which introduce from npi to mp從npi到mp的產(chǎn)品過程定義、改進及失效分析
7、handle trouble-shooting of daily production process problem on time and down time reduction ， optimize and improve production process to improve efficiency獨擋一面解決日常生產(chǎn)過程中的問題，及時減少停機時間，優(yōu)化和改進生產(chǎn)過程，提高生產(chǎn)效率
8、other process job其他工藝項目工作。
崗位職責職位要求條件：
1、本科以上學歷，理工類專業(yè)，bachelor degree;
2、8年以上電子制造工藝工作經(jīng)驗（有管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先）， 熟悉pcba、smt制程工藝流程；at least 8 years work experience in manufacturing process-engineering field，familiar with pcba /smt process;
3、精通組裝、插件工藝，能獨立解決生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的工藝異常工作經(jīng)驗strong process engineering capability， good understanding of assemble，mi，mass production can run smoothly;
4、熟悉spc，doe，fmea，cpk等工具，熟悉電子元器件相關(guān)知識，具有電源類產(chǎn)品工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；familiar with spc，doe，fmea，cpk，and good electronic component - related knowledge，power work experience is preferred
5、良好的組織溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，具有靈活應(yīng)變能力，解決能力導向；good organizational communication and coordination skills， flexible adaptability and ability to solve problems;
6、良好的英語讀寫能力。good command of english both writing and reading.
