工作職責(zé):
1、對(duì)國(guó)際客戶(hù)進(jìn)行安裝、維修培訓(xùn)任務(wù);
2、對(duì)國(guó)際客戶(hù)進(jìn)行技術(shù)支持,處理客戶(hù)投訴;
3、整理維修記錄總結(jié)維修經(jīng)驗(yàn);
4、及時(shí)反饋產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,收集客戶(hù)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的評(píng)價(jià)和建議并及時(shí)反饋;
5、協(xié)助國(guó)際市場(chǎng)參展,輔助銷(xiāo)售完成相應(yīng)技術(shù)支持工作;
職位要求:
1、高度誠(chéng)信和敬業(yè)精神,遵守公司相關(guān)規(guī)定、強(qiáng)烈的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
2、大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷,生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程或電子工程類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景;
3、具有臨床檢驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品售后經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮;
4、較強(qiáng)的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力;
5、英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)熟練;
6、能適應(yīng)海外出差;
