第1篇 高級(jí)射頻工程師崗位職責(zé)職位要求
職責(zé)描述:
1、通信、電磁場(chǎng)(波)或微波相關(guān)專業(yè),對(duì)通信行業(yè)無(wú)源器件設(shè)計(jì)的前沿技術(shù)較為了解,并有自己獨(dú)到的見解
2、精通微波設(shè)計(jì)理論,熟練掌握濾波器產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)理論;能夠緊跟時(shí)代潮流,不拘泥于傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品,能夠及時(shí)跟進(jìn)客戶的新品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)要求;
3、熟練使用hfss、ads、cst、awr、ansoft designer、uwave/wasp-net、autocad、matlab等軟件;熟練掌握濾波器的協(xié)同仿真。
4、從事濾波器產(chǎn)品開發(fā)至少5年以上,并有扎實(shí)的調(diào)試技能;能熟練調(diào)試各類型濾波器
5、有豐富的濾波器產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),主導(dǎo)開發(fā)過數(shù)字微波波導(dǎo)濾波器,合路器,介質(zhì)濾波器等,并能夠獨(dú)立進(jìn)行該類產(chǎn)品研發(fā);
6、熟悉無(wú)源產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)及生產(chǎn)工藝控制要求以及介質(zhì)材料特性在無(wú)源器件設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用
7、有小型無(wú)源器件研發(fā)或多模濾波器開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

第2篇 高級(jí)射頻測(cè)試工程師崗位職責(zé)
responsibilities:
1. responsible for development of general platform and customer unique test solutions including process definition, training and operational document generation.
2. recommend and develop new optical manufacturing service capabilities in support of strategic and oem directed optical requirements. develop transport product evaluation boards and demonstration products to promote optical manufacturing service test services. ensure that test capabilities and processes conform to industry standards and satisfy oem product specifications.

3. facilitating product launch and serve as company technical representative for optical test processes.
4. generate operational instruction and training documents. perform technical training and certify direct labor personnel. provide hands-on technical support and direction within the manufacturing cell.
5. measure and correlate in-process data to product parametric performance. recommend and implement changes to increase throughput, reduce cycle time, improve yield, and optimize the manufacturing process.
6. mentor cross-functional team regarding “best in class” fiber optic test process. assist in oms definition and roadmap. participate as member of cross-functional team supporting oem requirements for electronic and optical manufacturing services
requirements:
1. 3 years of related fiber optic and 5 years process/production/manufacturing/test/design engineering experience.
2. 3年相關(guān)光纖產(chǎn)品及5年射頻類產(chǎn)品的制程/生產(chǎn)/制造/測(cè)試/工程開發(fā)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
rf, high speed digital, control circuit, and opto-electronic design experience is preferred
射頻,高速數(shù)字,控制電路及光纖通訊類產(chǎn)品測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
3. experience in optical prototyping and manufacturing, new product introduction, complex optical process development, product design or recipe realization and optimization, and statistical process control for optical and optoelectronic products and systems.
4. in-depth knowledge of rf test and measurement techniques and equipment for optical systems.
strong experience in performing debug and fma of complex opto-electronic circuits.
對(duì)射頻測(cè)試及光纖通信系統(tǒng)量測(cè)技能有深入的掌握,對(duì)光電通訊類電路,產(chǎn)品有很強(qiáng)的錯(cuò)誤分析解決能力;
5. experience with standard communication protocols for fiber optic transport.
熟悉光纖傳輸通訊的標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
6. working knowledge of standard serial communications, i.e., rs-232, 422, and 485.
熟悉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通訊協(xié)議類似:rs232,422 及485;
7. programming experience using labview and teststand preferred a high-level programming or machine language desirable.(not prefer to)
8. an understanding of hardware and software interaction at the system and device level a plus.
9. rf microwave design experience and fiber optic device design highly desirable.
10. bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, materials science or physics. preferred: master’s degree in a technical program. labview/teststand certification(s)
