;; 2，熟悉中興，華為，華三，阿郎等至少一家公司的路由器，交換機(jī)等產(chǎn)品；熟悉中興路由器，交換機(jī)等設(shè)備優(yōu)先；

? act as an i&v (integration & verification) tester in delivering high quality features on next-generation smart services router.
? interact with are product owners, software & hardware development teams, and i&v resources to understand customer and product requirements.
? participate and provide feedback in product design review meetings.
? develop test strategies, test plans and test cases to ensure that new features and products meet specifications.
? hold test plan design review meetings.
? provide technical direction to the team and ensure that test cases are executed and automated with high quality.
? participate in a test team to deliver features with high quality within the project schedule and resource constraints.
? work closely with software developers to reproduce, analyze, and debug internal bugs found during feature testing as well as customer issues found in the field.
? track and report upon testing activities, including test results, test case coverage, resource changes, defects discovered and their status, automation completion, script review & handoff.
? assess overall feature quality, identify areas of risk, and communicate these to project management and line management.
? understand existing i&v processes and drive improvements throughout the organization.
qualifications:
junior
1. familiar to work in linux
2. understand basic syntax of perl or other scripting languages (tcl, bash, etc.)
3. testing skills & analytical skills
a. familiar with n2x or ixia
b. set up test lab independently
c. used to tested l2, l3, or mpls features
d. run repetitive manual tests
e. run automated test cases, and analyze the automation test results. can do the basic triage of failed cases, such as environmental problem, scripts problem, or bugs in product.
f. analyze simple bugs and support designers on troubleshooting
g. modify the existing automation scripts with simple changes
4. protocol, basic understanding of below topics
a. l2 (bridging, vlan)
b. l3 (ipv4, ipv6, multicast, ospf, bgp, isis)
c. mpls (ldp, rsvp, l2vpn, l3vpn, frr, mbb)
5. can read and write in english
6. learning capabilities
a. understand ericsson project related features in 4-5 weeks after onboard.
b. understand ericsson automation framework in 1 week, and then can modify scripts independently in 2 weeks after onboard.
7. 1+ years of working experience in telecom industry
8. bachelor degree or above
