requirement

第2篇 教師/助教培訓(xùn)專員崗位職責(zé)
1、協(xié)助培訓(xùn)主管擬訂培訓(xùn)計劃；
2、根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略開展培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)研，并制定年度培訓(xùn)計劃；
3、聯(lián)系各類培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)，辦理員工外部培訓(xùn)事宜；
4、負責(zé)內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)師隊伍的建立、管理，外部培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的甄選和管理；
5、組織培訓(xùn)材料，開發(fā)利用培訓(xùn)輔助設(shè)施；
6、建立培訓(xùn)檔案，根據(jù)不同的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容及目的設(shè)計培訓(xùn)效果評估方式；
7、協(xié)助指導(dǎo)員工職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃，并創(chuàng)建適合其職業(yè)發(fā)展的培訓(xùn)課程。
