第1篇 業(yè)務質量管理崗位職責
project quality engineer 項目質量管理工程師_變速箱業(yè)務控制單元 大陸集團 大陸汽車投資(上海)有限公司,大陸集團 the pqm is member of the project core team. the pqm member controls the product development/production process considering the quality aspects and administrates the quality reviews with quantitative assessment (apqp).
assures the successful realization of quaity specifications and implementation of company/bu quality standards throughout the whole project and successful execuation of all tasks of the qa activities related to q-team.
supports the pm and empowered partner for quality relevant issues.
the main goal is to avoid errors by prevention. d3/d5 projects in asia.

supports pm and empowered partner for quality relevant issues. the main goal is to avoid errors by prevention.
assesses about release of new products as well as the release of new processes and equipment affecting quality.
ensures compliance of product- and process specifications. ensures implementation and controlling of quality gates and preventative quality tools to gain a sustainable higher quality in the processes / projects.
if necessary escalation in concerns of development, production, shipping and acceptance release.
to drive or champion customer complaints and/or problems in investigation and allocation not only technical direct root cause but aslo management root cause with faciliating methodologies (6 sigma, risk assemssment, structured problem solving,,,). ensure a useful era, ica and pca is defined and provided in a manner of timing and quality.guarantee an accurate risk evaluation.
identify the gaps and issues and escalate it in a right way and timing manner .
assure all the quality reports provided by cep quality are reviewed and are accepted before official submission to customers.
responsible for coordination of all quaity topic(s) and issue(s) within q community (qkam, sqm, cep q and bu q).represent quality department at customer quality and/or supplier quality meetings along with/accompanied by qkam. analyzes and reviews customer satisfaction together with central departments. regular customer integration should be fostered with consequent usage of tools, as well as professional feedback, and complaint handling to achieve high customer satisfaction / retention.
clear escalation process with fast complaint routing and consequent root-cause analysis to satisfy the customer.
interface with customer regarding all quality related topics. coordination and implementation of measures to achieve the planned and/or required quality targets from customer.
to make a good and resonable justification and balance between 'customer interests' and 'continental interests'.
be responsible for design qalification specification with consdieration of customer requirements, indutry regulations and ca/bu requirements to make a robust test for our products. and get an agreement with customer
communicate and negotiate with customer and define a reasonable requaliication spec to ensure a sustainable quality of process and our design.
plan and organize qualification/requalification test activites defined in processes and make a track in a timingly manner.
lead discussion of nonconformances and assure corrective actions are executed.

第2篇 業(yè)務質量管理崗位職責任職要求
職責描述:
1、依據(jù)iso 17025實驗室認證認可要求建立并完善實驗室質量管理體系文件;
2、負責cma、cnas實驗室認可相關文件的準備及實驗室資質認可申請、復評審和擴項評審;
3、監(jiān)督實驗室檢測過程中質量體系的符合性,并建議糾正、預防措施,持續(xù)維護和改進實驗室質量管理體系;
4、根據(jù)實驗室質量管理體系的要求,制定年度質量保證及控制計劃,并按計劃組織實施;
5、定期組織實驗室質量管理體系的培訓,并負責法規(guī)標準收集相關工作;
6、上長交辦的其他事務。
任職要求:
學歷:本科及以上
專業(yè)要求:化學、藥學或中藥學相關專業(yè)
工作經驗:2年以上
其他要求:
1、工作積極主動,做事嚴謹,原則性強;
2、具有質量管理或實驗室相關工作經驗,具有內審員證者優(yōu)先考慮;
3、熟悉cma、cnas的相關法規(guī)、管理要求和技術要求,接受過相關培訓;
4、能熟練操作各種辦公軟件(word、excel、ppt等);
5、具有良好的執(zhí)行能力、溝通能力和分析解決問題能力;
6、良好的文字總結、撰寫報告的能力。
