張學(xué)良故居陳列館位于沈陽市沈河區(qū)朝陽街少帥府巷48號(hào)
張學(xué)良故居陳列館，又稱“大帥府”或“少帥府”。是奉系軍閥首領(lǐng)“中華民國陸海軍大元帥”張作霖和其長子“千古功臣”張學(xué)良將軍的官鄰和私宅。
中院始建于1914年，建成于1916年。中院是傳統(tǒng)的中國式建筑——三進(jìn)四合院，坐北朝南，呈漢字“目”字型，青磚成瓦，飛檐獸吻挑脊，雕梁畫棟，朱漆廊柱。石鼓柱礎(chǔ)，石條臺(tái)階，方磚方石鋪地，是磚木結(jié)構(gòu)的仿王府式建筑。全院占地3900平方米，房屋共13棟，計(jì)57間，建筑面積1460平方米。
中院正門前有青石板鋪墊門階，門階兩旁立有上下馬石。正門兩側(cè)有石雕抱鼓石，上臥的大獅子抱小獅子。正門房共七間，中間為門洞，中三間為回縮門廊，廊柱上部木雕彩繪雀替和樓空雕花。朱漆大門扇上繪有秦瓊、敬德兩個(gè)門神，門洞內(nèi)懸著一塊橫匾，上書“治國護(hù)民”四個(gè)大字。
經(jīng)過門洞我們進(jìn)入帥府的人進(jìn)院。一進(jìn)院門洞兩側(cè)各三間，東在門為警衛(wèi)室、傳達(dá)室；西三間為電工室、電話室。東西廂房各三間，東廂房是帥府的內(nèi)帳房，掌管帥府內(nèi)的財(cái)務(wù)開支。西廂房是呈啟處，設(shè)文武呈啟官，專門接待稟報(bào)、引進(jìn)前來帥府公平或拜訪的文武官員。
與二進(jìn)院相間隔的是一座7米高墻，中間開有大門，門口透雕里花頂飾門樓，稱為垂花儀門。兩門柱有護(hù)柱抱鼓石和石獅伏立的步鼓門枕石。門內(nèi)有一座兩重木屏壁，木屏可以對(duì)開，兩側(cè)可以沿回廊繞行人內(nèi)。此處儀門是張作霖當(dāng)年迎接貴賓舉行儀式的地方。遇有重要客人到來，木屏中開，張作霖出迎，客人可以從中開的重門直入二進(jìn)院。帥府人員和普通客人都從木屏兩側(cè)繞行沿回廊進(jìn)入。今天，前來參觀的客人全都是貴賓，所以儀門大開，歡迎各位貴賓進(jìn)入二進(jìn)院參觀。
二進(jìn)院呈長方形，周圍有起臺(tái)回廊四合。二進(jìn)院是張作霖辦公和會(huì)客的地方。正房7間，中間一間為過廳。門前，修一雕花門樓，門樓正上方懸一橫匾，上書“望重長城”，。這是當(dāng)時(shí)的鄉(xiāng)紳送給張作霖的，頌揚(yáng)張作霖威望象長城一樣厚重。正房東三門依次是張作霖的臥室、辦公室。西三間是會(huì)客室和書房。
東西廂房各5間，東廂房中間為廳，南屋為秘書長室，北屋為內(nèi)收發(fā)。西廂房是一般秘書室。

該院坐南朝北呈“目”字型，共有11棟57間，修建面積1768仄方米。 四開院正門北側(cè)有一座起脊挑檐的影壁，刻有“鴻禧”大字的漢利劍玉板鑲嵌在影壁正中，正問二側(cè)各立著一對(duì)抱鼓石獅以及下馬石。

中院始建于1914年，建成于1916年。中院是傳統(tǒng)的中國式建筑——三進(jìn)四合院，坐北朝南，呈漢字我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)目我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)字型，青磚成瓦，飛檐獸吻挑脊，雕梁畫棟，朱漆廊柱。石鼓柱礎(chǔ)，石條臺(tái)階，方磚方石鋪地，是磚木結(jié)構(gòu)的仿王府式建筑。全院占地3900平方米，房屋共13棟，計(jì)57間，建筑面積1460平方米。

經(jīng)過門洞我們進(jìn)入帥府的人進(jìn)院。一進(jìn)院門洞兩側(cè)各三間，東在門為警衛(wèi)室、傳達(dá)室；西三間為電工室、電話室。東西廂房各三間，東廂房是帥府的內(nèi)帳房，掌管帥府內(nèi)的財(cái)務(wù)開支。西廂房是呈啟處，設(shè)文武呈啟官，專門接待稟報(bào)、引進(jìn)前來帥府公平或拜訪的文武官員。
與二進(jìn)院相間隔的是一座7米高墻，中間開有大門，門口透雕里花頂飾門樓，稱為垂花儀門。兩門柱有護(hù)柱抱鼓石和石獅伏立的步鼓門枕石。門內(nèi)有一座兩重木屏壁，木屏可以對(duì)開，兩側(cè)可以沿回廊繞行人內(nèi)。此處儀門是張作霖當(dāng)年迎接貴賓舉行儀式的地方。遇有重要客人到來，木屏中開，張作霖出迎，客人可以從中開的重門直入二進(jìn)院。帥府人員和普通客人都從木屏兩側(cè)繞行沿回廊進(jìn)入。今天，前來參觀的客人全都是貴賓，所以儀門大開，歡迎各位貴賓進(jìn)入二進(jìn)院參觀。
二進(jìn)院呈長方形，周圍有起臺(tái)回廊四合。二進(jìn)院是張作霖辦公和會(huì)客的地方。正房7間，中間一間為過廳。門前，修一雕花門樓，門樓正上方懸一橫匾，上書我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)望重長城我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，。這是當(dāng)時(shí)的鄉(xiāng)紳送給張作霖的，頌揚(yáng)張作霖威望象長城一樣厚重。正房東三門依次是張作霖的臥室、辦公室。西三間是會(huì)客室和書房。
東西廂房各5間，東廂房中間為廳，南屋為秘書長室，北屋為內(nèi)收發(fā)。西廂房是一般秘書室。
