受教科室_主任的委派，這個(gè)星期的例會(huì)上要求我就如何建設(shè)和諧奮進(jìn)的教研組做個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。接到這個(gè)任務(wù)，我是誠(chéng)惶誠(chéng)恐啊。我擔(dān)任高中英語教研組組長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間并不長(zhǎng)，很多東西都在學(xué)習(xí)中，更談不上經(jīng)驗(yàn)之說了。我就我的親身感受說幾句。如有不到之處還望大家海涵。
今年是我到三中的第十個(gè)年頭，在這十年中，我目睹了學(xué)校的發(fā)展，也經(jīng)歷了自身的成長(zhǎng)和教學(xué)理念的改變。經(jīng)歷了由傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)到現(xiàn)代課堂教學(xué)的改革。這是一個(gè)探索而又不容易的過程。記得剛到三中時(shí)，大家都怕別人去聽課，怕上公開課，對(duì)一些集體活動(dòng)也不是那么有激情，當(dāng)然這其中也包括我們英語組。但到現(xiàn)在，我們高中英語組的所有老師都不怕別人來聽課。也不怕上公開課，甚至敢主動(dòng)邀請(qǐng)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)去聽課。學(xué)校有什么集體活動(dòng)，都是積極配合。同行之間能夠毫無保留地互相幫助。這樣的局面確實(shí)讓人欣喜，也讓我感動(dòng)。
我們教研組之所以能夠和諧，奮進(jìn)，充滿活力和激情，首先得感謝學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)讓我們以教研組為單位在同一個(gè)辦公室進(jìn)行集體辦公，這使得我們整個(gè)教研組各個(gè)成員之間得以零距離接觸。這樣方便大家彼此了解，溝通，而且更有利于大家進(jìn)行集體備課，交流意見。為教研組的發(fā)展搭建了一個(gè)很好的平臺(tái)。
其次，作為教研組長(zhǎng)，要尊重每一位老師，因?yàn)樗麄兪怯醒腥?，有思想，有感情的人。要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)他們身上的閃光點(diǎn)。每個(gè)老師身上都有值得我學(xué)習(xí)的地方。從他們的身上我學(xué)會(huì)了工作要敬業(yè)，更要專業(yè)；做人要熱心，大度，開朗。更重要的是不要太計(jì)較，心里要有陽光，因?yàn)橐粋€(gè)人內(nèi)心出充滿陽光，他看到的世界便是陽光的；如果他內(nèi)心充滿黑暗，他看到的世界便是黑暗的。只要我們不太計(jì)較個(gè)人得失，認(rèn)同了我們是一個(gè)集體，一切都是為了這個(gè)集體服務(wù)，做起事來便沒有什么困難的。讓我很感動(dòng)的是現(xiàn)在高一年級(jí)英語備課組，不論有什么任務(wù)，他們從不推辭，都是欣然接受。而尤其讓我感動(dòng)的是高三英語組備課組長(zhǎng)李杰老師，他總是說我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)有事你說話，我們?nèi)ε浜辖萄薪M的工作。我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)在這些老師的感染下，現(xiàn)在的高中英語教研組都有了一個(gè)共識(shí)。那就是我們是一個(gè)集體，是和諧，勤奮的集體。大家都只想將我們組搞的更好。
另外，教研組的建設(shè)和發(fā)展，其實(shí)是老師不斷成長(zhǎng)和自我提升的過程。需要時(shí)間，需要認(rèn)同與鼓勵(lì)，也需要激勵(lì)。讓我印象最深的是當(dāng)初建博客的事。我只說了一句話：我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)誰在一個(gè)星期內(nèi)建成了博客，我請(qǐng)他吃早飯。我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)結(jié)果不到一個(gè)星期，他們都有了自己的博客。隨后便有了很多優(yōu)秀的博文。是老師們?nèi)蹦敲磶讐K錢的早餐錢嗎?不！只是他們的勞動(dòng)需要認(rèn)同與肯定。在此我想說，如果學(xué)校能多些實(shí)質(zhì)性的鼓勵(lì)與肯定，我想我們以后的教研氛圍會(huì)更濃，教學(xué)效果會(huì)更好的 。
還有，我認(rèn)為教研組的建設(shè)與穩(wěn)定，確實(shí)需要一些集體活動(dòng)。這樣的活動(dòng)會(huì)起到粘和劑的作用，將每一個(gè)老師緊緊地團(tuán)結(jié)在一起。我們英語組的和諧，奮進(jìn)與充滿激情，都是在這樣的活動(dòng)中得以體現(xiàn)的。
最后我想說的是，網(wǎng)絡(luò)教研真的是一個(gè)很好的平臺(tái)。在這里，老師之間可以互相探討和交流。平常沒時(shí)間，沒機(jī)會(huì)說的話或者教學(xué)心得在這個(gè)空間里都能得到展現(xiàn)。如果有更多的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能到這個(gè)空間里來和老師交流，溝通，就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，其實(shí)我們的老師是熱愛我們的工作的，是敬業(yè)的，也是專業(yè)的 。只是他們的熱情需要進(jìn)一步的點(diǎn)燃，他們的工作需要認(rèn)同，肯定與鼓勵(lì)罷了。

as one of the parents concerning the development of the university, we are really glad that the university and iems program are constantly converging resources of goodquality. with the e_ploration and innovation in such aspects as teaching staff,curriculum settings and cultivating mode, the university has provided favorable studying conditions and growth environment where the children have spent four years there studying happily and diligently. specialized courses are taught in english by both german and chinese teachers, which have equipped the students with international horizons.

even though i’m not competent as a father, a husband, and a son, i still love my family. my daughter once said that it was her happiest time to see me back from work. and it’s the same with me. i’m pleased and grateful to see that my family can support and understand my work and my little devotion to them.

2.立足課本，夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)
我們知道，初三英語學(xué)習(xí)主要是以深化基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)為主。我想，在學(xué)習(xí)中要分階段學(xué)習(xí)，在第一階段要以大綱為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以課本為依據(jù)，按照課本的編排順序，每一冊(cè)、每一單元、每一課都要細(xì)致地學(xué)習(xí)，力求基礎(chǔ)，全面。所謂基礎(chǔ)，是指學(xué)習(xí)要抓住我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)三基我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，即基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、基本技能和基本解題方法。所謂全面，一是指學(xué)習(xí)要全面覆蓋所學(xué)知識(shí)，不遺漏任何一個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)，二是要面向全體學(xué)生，防止我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)片面追求高分我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)現(xiàn)象，絕不能冷落我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)差生我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)。
三、模擬練習(xí)，綜合提高
查缺補(bǔ)漏后，學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)已比較全面、系統(tǒng)、完整。但是對(duì)于重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容還要以專題的形式進(jìn)行練習(xí)，以便于進(jìn)一步突出重點(diǎn)。同時(shí)要強(qiáng)化易錯(cuò)點(diǎn)，為達(dá)到這一目的，教師要選取高質(zhì)量的模擬練習(xí)題進(jìn)行練習(xí)，然后進(jìn)行講評(píng)。那么，如何講評(píng)呢?好的講評(píng)應(yīng)該在講評(píng)之前認(rèn)真地分析，找出學(xué)生的錯(cuò)點(diǎn)，并在課堂上講評(píng)時(shí)抓住這些錯(cuò)點(diǎn)，幫助學(xué)生弄清出錯(cuò)的原因，使學(xué)生及時(shí)糾正錯(cuò)誤。同時(shí)，講評(píng)不能就題論題，而是應(yīng)該抓住試題中的典型題目，講清原理，歸納方法，總結(jié)規(guī)律，并對(duì)典型題目進(jìn)行引申、推廣。要做好這一點(diǎn)，需要留意以下兩方面：
1.課本為主，資料為輔
那種迷信資料而放棄課本的做法是本末倒置的，同時(shí)，那種排斥資料中所提供的先進(jìn)信息的做法是固步自封的。無庸質(zhì)疑，課本是基礎(chǔ)，而好的資料則是加深課本、提高能力的重要手段。任何資料都不能代替課本，但資料可以突出課本的重要內(nèi)容，可以提供課本中所不具有的先進(jìn)理念和與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的信息。因此，無論是開始復(fù)習(xí)的夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)階段，還是構(gòu)建知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、歸納基本方法及技巧階段，都要在立足于課本的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行。但同時(shí)，也要精選有典型性和針對(duì)性的資料，這樣有利于學(xué)生把握方法和解題規(guī)律。
2.講練結(jié)合，練重于講
基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的總結(jié)、知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建、基本方法和技巧的歸納都離不開講，但更離不開練。不練習(xí)，學(xué)生所獲得的知識(shí)就不牢固，更不能深化，因此，練比講更重要。要精講，也就是要突出重點(diǎn)，抓住要害;要多練，就是讓學(xué)生做足量練習(xí)，但杜絕那種不加選擇的重復(fù)練習(xí)，要有針對(duì)性。
總之，初三階段學(xué)習(xí)的方法很多，但正確把握以上三點(diǎn)是學(xué)好英語行之有效的方法。只有讓學(xué)生們樹立必勝的信心，夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)并有針對(duì)性的練習(xí)，一定會(huì)提高學(xué)習(xí)效果，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。

1.英語課堂學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)該注重課堂學(xué)習(xí)效果，40分鐘非常寶貴且有限，我們力爭(zhēng)要在這短短的時(shí)間內(nèi)掌握所有的英語知識(shí)。英語當(dāng)天學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該當(dāng)天消化，如果不能及時(shí)消化就會(huì)積食，造成聽課越聽越不懂，形成惡性循環(huán)!英語學(xué)習(xí)重在平時(shí)，每天做好預(yù)習(xí)與復(fù)習(xí)工作。想要靠臨時(shí)突擊，臨時(shí)抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。
我確信：英語要學(xué)好和智商無關(guān)，學(xué)不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。所以，在課后一定要主動(dòng)抽時(shí)間為自己補(bǔ)習(xí)英語。學(xué)好英語，不外乎就是在聽，說，讀，寫這些方面下功夫。
2.作業(yè)一定要按時(shí)獨(dú)立完成，不要成為學(xué)習(xí)上的我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)寄生蟲我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)。作業(yè)是老師檢查了解學(xué)生知識(shí)掌握情況的一個(gè)有效途徑，要求同學(xué)們能如實(shí)客觀地對(duì)待作業(yè)。知之為知之，不知為不知，寧愿獨(dú)立完成的空幾題的作業(yè)，也比完全不經(jīng)過自己大腦思考抄襲來的作業(yè)質(zhì)量高得多。許多同學(xué)自覺性差，平時(shí)空空兩手回家，早上早早趕來抄，每天我都布置了一定的英語作業(yè)，因此請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)能關(guān)注一下你的子女有沒有將作業(yè)帶回家來做，并督促子女認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)。
3.學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是第一生產(chǎn)力。許多同學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)好，并不是他(她)比別人聰明，而是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣比較好。良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣可以大大提高你的學(xué)習(xí)效果，我們班的陳曉玉，陳玲同學(xué)，她們學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，上課認(rèn)真，書寫工整，正因?yàn)槿绱?，無論什么考試都能取得很好的成績(jī)，這與她平時(shí)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是分不開的!而有些同學(xué)你看似認(rèn)真，卻是身在心不在，學(xué)習(xí)重在表象，完全不扎實(shí)，綜合素質(zhì)卻沒有真正提高。課外也不下功夫，一堂課幾個(gè)單詞，一兩個(gè)重點(diǎn)句型下節(jié)課過來提問一問三不知，又何談?wù)n外擴(kuò)展與素質(zhì)提升?這樣的現(xiàn)象很普遍，說到底，還是好的習(xí)慣沒有養(yǎng)成，不夠勤奮。另外還有幾個(gè)同學(xué)，他們的潛力很大，但因?yàn)檫€不夠認(rèn)真刻苦，所以沒有發(fā)揮出自己最好的水平，希望家長(zhǎng)能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績(jī)抓上去。我堅(jiān)信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導(dǎo)下能夠及時(shí)完成老師布置的任務(wù)，那么一定能學(xué)好。要教導(dǎo)您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅(jiān)持嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)作風(fēng)，成績(jī)馬上就會(huì)見效。
1).勤于思考、敢于攻關(guān)的習(xí)慣。
2)、養(yǎng)成不懂就問的好習(xí)慣。
3)、養(yǎng)成復(fù)習(xí)舊課和預(yù)習(xí)新課的習(xí)慣。
4)、養(yǎng)成做完作業(yè)細(xì)心檢查的習(xí)慣。
4.英語學(xué)習(xí)貴在堅(jiān)持!就好像跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)，英語學(xué)習(xí)之初大家都從同一個(gè)起跑線出發(fā)，但隨著難度加深與詞匯量加大，一些同學(xué)慢慢對(duì)英語失去新鮮感續(xù)而厭煩最后掉隊(duì)。希望我們家長(zhǎng)對(duì)子女多一份關(guān)愛，督促子女奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)，初三一年大有提高的余地!英語偏科是歷史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要證明自己真正有實(shí)力那就從偏科的英語入手，重點(diǎn)突破!
5.樹立正確的英語學(xué)習(xí)觀與知識(shí)觀!許多學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)認(rèn)為英語學(xué)習(xí)了沒有多大用處，我又不會(huì)出國(guó)，學(xué)兩句皮毛可以炫耀就好了，何必學(xué)精通?且不說英語作為一種工具，它對(duì)于我們升學(xué)、工作、求職有重大意義，同時(shí)我認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)英語的過程也是一個(gè)吸收別人長(zhǎng)處，觀念更新的過程!知識(shí)是無價(jià)的，知識(shí)可以改變命運(yùn)。

time is of utmost importance to most americans. it is something to be on, kept, filled, saved, used, spent, wasted, lost, gained, planned, given, even killed. americans are more concerned with getting things accomplished on time than they are with developing interpersonal relations. their lives seem controlled by the little machines they wear on their wrists, cutting their discussions off abruptly to make their ne_t appointment on time. this philosophy has enabled americans to be e_tremely productive, and productivity is highly valued in their country.
equality is so cherished in the u.s. that it is seen as having a religious basis. americans believe that all people are created equal and that all should have an equal opportunity to succeed. this concept of equality is strange to seven-eighths of the world which views status and authority as desirable, even if they happen to be near the bottom of the social order. since americans like to treat foreigners 'just like anybody else', newcomers to the u.s. should realize that no insult or personal indignity is intended if they are treated in a lethan-deferential manner by waiters in restaurants, clerks in stores and hotels, ta_i drivers, and other service personnel.

２００１年７月２７日 教育部頒布了《基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革綱要》（試行），新一輪的課程改革開始在全國(guó)42個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)試行。其核心理念是：以學(xué)生發(fā)展為本。結(jié)合學(xué)科特點(diǎn)，力爭(zhēng)全方位的落實(shí)科學(xué)素養(yǎng)教育，為學(xué)生的終身發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。目標(biāo)定位在知識(shí)與技能、過程與方法、情感、態(tài)度和價(jià)值觀的新角度。這就要求老師們采取相應(yīng)的教學(xué)策略：將知識(shí)和技能緯度的目標(biāo)立足于讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)，將過程和方法緯度的目標(biāo)立足于讓學(xué)生會(huì)學(xué)，將情感、態(tài)度、價(jià)值觀緯度的目標(biāo)立足于讓學(xué)生樂學(xué)。如何幫助學(xué)生完成由學(xué)會(huì)—會(huì)學(xué)—樂學(xué)的轉(zhuǎn)變，這是檢驗(yàn)課堂是否高效的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
同年，教育部又出臺(tái)了《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。進(jìn)一步明確了英語課程改革的重點(diǎn)，強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、自信、生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)和認(rèn)知水平，倡導(dǎo)自主、合作、探究的學(xué)習(xí)方式，使語言學(xué)習(xí)的過程成為學(xué)生形成積極的情感態(tài)度、主動(dòng)思維和大膽實(shí)踐、提高跨文化意識(shí)和形成自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的過程。強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成和有效學(xué)習(xí)策略的形成，更加關(guān)注對(duì)學(xué)生觀察、記憶、思維、想象能力和創(chuàng)新精神的培養(yǎng)；為他們的終身學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。這一切的落實(shí)，主渠道還是在課堂。因此，提高課堂的效益和效率，既是提升英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵所在，也是英語新課程教學(xué)改革成功與否的關(guān)鍵所在。
為進(jìn)一步規(guī)范中小學(xué)辦學(xué)行為,減輕中小學(xué)生過重的課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān),促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面健康和諧發(fā)展和教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,提升基礎(chǔ)教育辦學(xué)水平和質(zhì)量, 2024年，山東省教育廳在全省強(qiáng)力推行素質(zhì)教育，頒布并實(shí)施了《山東省普通中小學(xué)管理基本規(guī)范（試行）》，對(duì)課程設(shè)置、課時(shí)等做了明確規(guī)定，特別是對(duì)學(xué)生的作息時(shí)間進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格控制。學(xué)生在校的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間減少，文化課教學(xué)時(shí)間壓縮。。
在學(xué)科教學(xué)內(nèi)容依舊，學(xué)生的在校時(shí)間減少，課時(shí)減少的情況下，要想保質(zhì)保量的完成教學(xué)任務(wù)，只有在課堂的高效上下功夫。
2024年5月，在全省強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的新形勢(shì)下，市教研室在鄒城及時(shí)召開了主題為我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)創(chuàng)新教學(xué)模式，構(gòu)建高效課堂我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的研討會(huì)。會(huì)上，市教育局閆局長(zhǎng)總結(jié)了我市開展構(gòu)建高下課堂教學(xué)改革以來取得的成績(jī)，我們學(xué)科有四個(gè)學(xué)校教學(xué)模式和方法介紹被收入會(huì)議經(jīng)驗(yàn)材料匯編。我們這次研討會(huì)就是全市研討會(huì)在學(xué)科的進(jìn)一步深化。
2、當(dāng)前英語課堂教學(xué)中存在的問題
中考成績(jī)和升學(xué)率承載著太多的社會(huì)壓力，使得我們的教育部門或教育者自身急于求成，急功近利，從而使我們的課堂教學(xué)越來越偏離其教育的本質(zhì)。反思我們的課堂教學(xué)，確實(shí)存在著一些低效、無效，甚至是負(fù)效的現(xiàn)象。歸納起來，具體表現(xiàn)在以下幾方面：
1）籠統(tǒng)表述多，明晰表述少。
許多老師對(duì)教學(xué)目標(biāo)的認(rèn)識(shí)淡薄，理解模糊，教學(xué)目標(biāo)表述過于籠統(tǒng)。如：我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)用英語談?wù)?、描述?dòng)物并表達(dá)對(duì)動(dòng)物的喜愛我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)；我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)……我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)；有的直接就是：我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)words：…;phrases…;…我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)等，缺乏可操作性，完全成了可有可無的擺設(shè)，失去了對(duì)教學(xué)的指導(dǎo)意義和對(duì)課堂的導(dǎo)、控作用，以致無法評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成度。我們知道，目標(biāo)的達(dá)成度越高，課堂教學(xué)的效果就越好。
2）教師講授多，學(xué)生實(shí)踐少。
老師以我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)講得多我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)講得好我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)為滿足，我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滿堂灌我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的現(xiàn)象依然普遍?？倱?dān)心有哪一個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)沒講到。不管學(xué)生會(huì)不會(huì)，老師認(rèn)為該講就講，不關(guān)心學(xué)生的感受，不關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)得。很多時(shí)候，對(duì)一些所謂的重點(diǎn)，老師會(huì)不厭其煩地一遍遍的講。實(shí)踐證明：重復(fù)講解學(xué)生已知的知識(shí)很容易引起學(xué)生的心理疲倦，造成課堂氣氛沉悶，學(xué)習(xí)興趣降低，從而使課堂教學(xué)低效，甚至無效。由于課堂上老師的講解占用了大量的時(shí)間，學(xué)生只是被動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)者，偶爾會(huì)參與一些枯燥、脫離實(shí)際的句型操練，沒有足夠的主動(dòng)參與、體驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐的機(jī)會(huì)和時(shí)間，學(xué)生學(xué)不會(huì)，各項(xiàng)技能得不到應(yīng)有的訓(xùn)練和發(fā)展，課堂效率低。課堂的低效能導(dǎo)致學(xué)生厭學(xué)。
3）關(guān)注知識(shí)多，學(xué)法指導(dǎo)少。
我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)授之以魚，不如授之以漁我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)這句話老師們?cè)偈煜げ贿^了。著名教育家陶行知說過，我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)與其把學(xué)生當(dāng)天津鴨兒添入一些零碎知識(shí)，不如給他們幾把鎖匙，使他們可以自動(dòng)去開發(fā)文化的金庫和宇宙之寶藏。我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)……但在實(shí)際的課堂教學(xué)中，真正關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)策略，把知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)建立在學(xué)生實(shí)際的認(rèn)知水平基礎(chǔ)之上，在學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)的過程中指導(dǎo)學(xué)生如何學(xué)習(xí)的老師有多少？課堂上，教學(xué)內(nèi)容常以語音、詞匯、語法為主線，老師關(guān)注的是知識(shí)點(diǎn)的講解是否全面、到位。在指導(dǎo)對(duì)學(xué)生如何學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)上關(guān)注少，做得少，有些老師不知道該怎樣做。結(jié)果，學(xué)生只會(huì)被動(dòng)地我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)接水我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，不會(huì)主動(dòng)地我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)取水我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，造成課堂低效。
4）關(guān)注預(yù)設(shè)多，關(guān)注生成少。
課堂上，老師把注意力放在預(yù)設(shè)的教案上，即：按教案教（走教案）。衡量一節(jié)課是否高效，不是看教師有沒有按預(yù)設(shè)完成教學(xué)內(nèi)容，而是看學(xué)生有沒有學(xué)到什么或?qū)W的好不好。看學(xué)生是否獲得自己滿意的學(xué)習(xí)效果和積極的學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)。教案上有什么就教什么；教案上寫的采用哪種活動(dòng)形式就用哪種；時(shí)刻關(guān)注的是教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的推進(jìn)，對(duì)學(xué)生在課堂上的表現(xiàn)視而不見。老師提出的問題是否按自己的意愿去回答，把學(xué)生納入自己事先編織的框架。（魚臺(tái)實(shí)驗(yàn)的例子）在真實(shí)、常態(tài)的課堂教學(xué)中，我常常發(fā)現(xiàn)教師很多時(shí)候，老師所預(yù)設(shè)的問題本身就有問題，無效問題、假問題、無價(jià)值問題充斥課堂。如：為了練第三人稱單數(shù)的一般疑問句，課堂上經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)這樣的情景：老師指著1男生問其他學(xué)生我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)is he a boy? 我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn) （假交際）教師無效的提問耽誤了學(xué)生寶貴的課堂學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間，影響了課堂教學(xué)的效率。由于學(xué)生的情感、心理變化、對(duì)知識(shí)的掌握情況以及活動(dòng)的形式是否符合學(xué)生的真實(shí)需要等方面受到忽視，必然影響學(xué)習(xí)情緒、學(xué)習(xí)行為和學(xué)習(xí)效果。
5） 活動(dòng)形式多，實(shí)際收效少。
課堂活動(dòng)形式往往花樣很多，但效果往往不盡人意。問題比較突出的就是：小組合作學(xué)習(xí)。討論過程、反饋，都只有少數(shù)尖子生參與、表現(xiàn)，大部分學(xué)生沒有真正參與。突出學(xué)生的主體地位不是只突出尖子生的主體地位，課堂教學(xué)應(yīng)面向全體（80%以上的學(xué)生）。
6）統(tǒng)一要求多，個(gè)性發(fā)展少。
教學(xué)目標(biāo)的確立、問題的提出、活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)都缺乏針對(duì)性和有效性。整齊劃一的練習(xí)和作業(yè)多，發(fā)展個(gè)性、分層選擇的任務(wù)少。造成課堂效果的低效。
面對(duì)新的課改形勢(shì)，一方面，我們高興地看到：老師們正在創(chuàng)新教學(xué)模式，構(gòu)建高校課堂方面進(jìn)行著積極探索和實(shí)踐。一些教學(xué)模式、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)手段的創(chuàng)新和運(yùn)用給英語課堂帶來了新的生機(jī)和活力，為高效課堂的創(chuàng)建提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。如:
另一方面，我們還必須清醒面對(duì)當(dāng)前英語教學(xué)中存在的這些影響課堂教學(xué)效益的問題。這些問題解決地越好，課堂教學(xué)的效益和效率就會(huì)越高，教學(xué)效果就會(huì)越好。
二、 高效課堂的內(nèi)涵
高效課堂是建立在有效教學(xué)基礎(chǔ)之上的。高效相對(duì)于我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)低效我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)而言。排除教學(xué)過程中存在的重復(fù)的低效的教學(xué)模式，力爭(zhēng)以最短的課堂時(shí)間達(dá)到最高的課堂效果。簡(jiǎn)言之：師生用最短的時(shí)間獲得最大的效率。
1、高效課堂的文學(xué)性概括：知識(shí)的超市、生命的狂歡！
2、高效課堂的解釋：
a、三高：高效率、高效益、高效果
b、三動(dòng)：身（形）動(dòng)、心（思維）動(dòng)、神（思想）動(dòng)
c、三量：思維量、信息量、訓(xùn)練量
d、三特點(diǎn)：立體式、快節(jié)奏、大容量
e、四學(xué)：學(xué)生想學(xué)、學(xué)會(huì)、會(huì)學(xué)和樂學(xué)
f、減負(fù)：輕負(fù)擔(dān)、高質(zhì)量；低耗時(shí)、高效益
3、高效課堂的終極目標(biāo)：
a、通過高效課堂走向高效學(xué)習(xí)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)終身學(xué)習(xí)
b、素質(zhì)教育的素質(zhì)最主要的是我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)能力我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)：思維力、生成力、表達(dá)力（聽、說、讀、寫）
c、實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的解放、教師的解放、學(xué)校的解放
三、高效課堂對(duì)教師的要求
教師要成為我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)三者我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)：促進(jìn)者、學(xué)習(xí)者、決定者
1、首先要完成角色的轉(zhuǎn)換，教師由傳授者變成學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的促進(jìn)者，做學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)的推手。
2、實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)相長(zhǎng)，教師還應(yīng)該成為學(xué)習(xí)者，與學(xué)生一起我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)同學(xué)我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，我們常講，教師上課也是我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)上學(xué)我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，教書也是我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)進(jìn)修我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)。
3、一節(jié)高效課，它是由教師和學(xué)生合力打造而成的，這其中教師的作用是不容忽視的。盡管教師不再是教學(xué)中的主角，但他畢竟是我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)平等中的首席我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，因此，教師決定著一節(jié)課能否成為優(yōu)質(zhì)課、高效課，也就是說，優(yōu)秀的教師才能上出高效課，責(zé)任心不強(qiáng)的教師只能上出低效課來。所謂教師的我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)決定者我是可愛的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，還因?yàn)榇嬖谥@樣的事實(shí)：有什么樣的教師就有什么樣的課堂，有什么樣的課堂就有什么樣的教育，有什么樣的教育

一、英語學(xué)習(xí)狀況分析
首先，我們學(xué)習(xí)英語存在著這些難題：英語不是我們的母語，沒有現(xiàn)成的語言環(huán)境，不能在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中反復(fù)運(yùn)用;所以小朋友們學(xué)的知識(shí)容易忘記，而且不能立刻體現(xiàn)學(xué)英語的價(jià)值。但是，英語是國(guó)際性語言，我們?cè)谇髮W(xué)路上一直都離不開英語。從小學(xué)的畢業(yè)考，中考，高考，到考碩士，出國(guó)，英語都是必考的。在以后的社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中，你不會(huì)英語可能寸步難行。
但是，我們?cè)趯W(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)英語的時(shí)間是非常有限的，只靠課堂40分鐘的學(xué)習(xí)是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。要學(xué)好英語，學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)占40%，課后的鞏固學(xué)習(xí)占60%。那么，在課后學(xué)生要怎么做才能把英語學(xué)得更好呢?
二、怎樣學(xué)好英語
英語學(xué)習(xí)從哪里開始?學(xué)英語不是從背單詞開始，而是從耳朵開始。英語學(xué)習(xí)從打通耳朵開始。要讓孩子多聽，而且是反復(fù)聽同一段英語，不斷的對(duì)孩子進(jìn)行語言的輸入，為孩子的語音語調(diào)打好基礎(chǔ)。
那用什么時(shí)間聽呢?早上起床之后，在刷牙吃早餐的時(shí)候放給孩子聽，晚上可以邊聽邊模仿，聽力水平是學(xué)好英語，培養(yǎng)語感的基礎(chǔ)。
父母不懂英語，能幫孩子嗎?只要找對(duì)方法，就可以幫助孩子。我們要好好利用學(xué)習(xí)資源，晚上的時(shí)候，要有三十分鐘的英語學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間，這三十分鐘，家長(zhǎng)讓孩子不斷的聽，模仿跟讀，語音語調(diào)就是要靠模仿出來的。建議大家最好買金太陽，或錄音帶，因?yàn)榘l(fā)音比較純正。讓孩子每天捂著耳朵朗讀，一方面可以杜絕部分外界影響，另一方面，捂著耳朵聽自己的朗讀像在聽自己的錄音一樣，更清晰。朗讀可以掌握英語節(jié)奏。也是說的一種訓(xùn)練，反復(fù)，持續(xù)的朗讀可以打開英語優(yōu)質(zhì)記憶回路。
聽，模仿語音語調(diào)，讀熟能背下來，這樣的學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)英語來說是最有效的。
孩子是每個(gè)家庭的重心和希望。我們真誠(chéng)地呼吁家長(zhǎng)，配合學(xué)校，配合老師幫助孩子學(xué)好英語。我們要和孩子共同成長(zhǎng)。在此，提出我對(duì)
三、家長(zhǎng)的要求：
每天讓小孩聽，模仿讀至少20分鐘，讀熟能背。(電腦不給上網(wǎng))
每天檢查孩子的背書情況。只要檢測(cè)，不用陪同，培養(yǎng)孩子的獨(dú)立性。
每天看一眼孩子的作業(yè)，寫得不好，一定要重寫。
學(xué)習(xí)貴在堅(jiān)持。只要養(yǎng)成這種良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，以后越大越省心。
