受教科室_主任的委派，這個星期的例會上要求我就如何建設和諧奮進的教研組做個簡單的介紹。接到這個任務，我是誠惶誠恐啊。我擔任高中英語教研組組長的時間并不長，很多東西都在學習中，更談不上經驗之說了。我就我的親身感受說幾句。如有不到之處還望大家海涵。
今年是我到三中的第十個年頭，在這十年中，我目睹了學校的發(fā)展，也經歷了自身的成長和教學理念的改變。經歷了由傳統(tǒng)教學到現代課堂教學的改革。這是一個探索而又不容易的過程。記得剛到三中時，大家都怕別人去聽課，怕上公開課，對一些集體活動也不是那么有激情，當然這其中也包括我們英語組。但到現在，我們高中英語組的所有老師都不怕別人來聽課。也不怕上公開課，甚至敢主動邀請學校領導去聽課。學校有什么集體活動，都是積極配合。同行之間能夠毫無保留地互相幫助。這樣的局面確實讓人欣喜，也讓我感動。
我們教研組之所以能夠和諧，奮進，充滿活力和激情，首先得感謝學校領導讓我們以教研組為單位在同一個辦公室進行集體辦公，這使得我們整個教研組各個成員之間得以零距離接觸。這樣方便大家彼此了解，溝通，而且更有利于大家進行集體備課，交流意見。為教研組的發(fā)展搭建了一個很好的平臺。
其次，作為教研組長，要尊重每一位老師，因為他們是有血有肉，有思想，有感情的人。要善于發(fā)現他們身上的閃光點。每個老師身上都有值得我學習的地方。從他們的身上我學會了工作要敬業(yè)，更要專業(yè)；做人要熱心，大度，開朗。更重要的是不要太計較，心里要有陽光，因為一個人內心出充滿陽光，他看到的世界便是陽光的；如果他內心充滿黑暗，他看到的世界便是黑暗的。只要我們不太計較個人得失，認同了我們是一個集體，一切都是為了這個集體服務，做起事來便沒有什么困難的。讓我很感動的是現在高一年級英語備課組，不論有什么任務，他們從不推辭，都是欣然接受。而尤其讓我感動的是高三英語組備課組長李杰老師，他總是說我是可愛的點點有事你說話，我們全力配合教研組的工作。我是可愛的點點在這些老師的感染下，現在的高中英語教研組都有了一個共識。那就是我們是一個集體，是和諧，勤奮的集體。大家都只想將我們組搞的更好。
另外，教研組的建設和發(fā)展，其實是老師不斷成長和自我提升的過程。需要時間，需要認同與鼓勵，也需要激勵。讓我印象最深的是當初建博客的事。我只說了一句話：我是可愛的點點誰在一個星期內建成了博客，我請他吃早飯。我是可愛的點點結果不到一個星期，他們都有了自己的博客。隨后便有了很多優(yōu)秀的博文。是老師們缺那么幾塊錢的早餐錢嗎?不！只是他們的勞動需要認同與肯定。在此我想說，如果學校能多些實質性的鼓勵與肯定，我想我們以后的教研氛圍會更濃，教學效果會更好的 。
還有，我認為教研組的建設與穩(wěn)定，確實需要一些集體活動。這樣的活動會起到粘和劑的作用，將每一個老師緊緊地團結在一起。我們英語組的和諧，奮進與充滿激情，都是在這樣的活動中得以體現的。
最后我想說的是，網絡教研真的是一個很好的平臺。在這里，老師之間可以互相探討和交流。平常沒時間，沒機會說的話或者教學心得在這個空間里都能得到展現。如果有更多的領導能到這個空間里來和老師交流，溝通，就會發(fā)現，其實我們的老師是熱愛我們的工作的，是敬業(yè)的，也是專業(yè)的 。只是他們的熱情需要進一步的點燃，他們的工作需要認同，肯定與鼓勵罷了。

那種迷信資料而放棄課本的做法是本末倒置的，同時，那種排斥資料中所提供的先進信息的做法是固步自封的。無庸質疑，課本是基礎，而好的資料則是加深課本、提高能力的重要手段。任何資料都不能代替課本，但資料可以突出課本的重要內容，可以提供課本中所不具有的先進理念和與時俱進的信息。因此，無論是開始復習的夯實基礎階段，還是構建知識網絡、歸納基本方法及技巧階段，都要在立足于課本的基礎上進行。但同時，也要精選有典型性和針對性的資料，這樣有利于學生把握方法和解題規(guī)律。
2.講練結合，練重于講
基礎知識的總結、知識網絡的構建、基本方法和技巧的歸納都離不開講，但更離不開練。不練習，學生所獲得的知識就不牢固，更不能深化，因此，練比講更重要。要精講，也就是要突出重點，抓住要害;要多練，就是讓學生做足量練習，但杜絕那種不加選擇的重復練習，要有針對性。
總之，初三階段學習的方法很多，但正確把握以上三點是學好英語行之有效的方法。只有讓學生們樹立必勝的信心，夯實基礎并有針對性的練習，一定會提高學習效果，在競爭中立于不敗之地。

我們學生學習英語的機會應該說非常有限的和非常之少的，一方面孩子們有許多功課要學，另一方面許多學生英語課堂效率低下。下面我就以下5點談談學習英語要注意的方面。
1.英語課堂學習應該注重課堂學習效果，40分鐘非常寶貴且有限，我們力爭要在這短短的時間內掌握所有的英語知識。英語當天學習的內容應該當天消化，如果不能及時消化就會積食，造成聽課越聽越不懂，形成惡性循環(huán)!英語學習重在平時，每天做好預習與復習工作。想要靠臨時突擊，臨時抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。
我確信：英語要學好和智商無關，學不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。所以，在課后一定要主動抽時間為自己補習英語。學好英語，不外乎就是在聽，說，讀，寫這些方面下功夫。
2.作業(yè)一定要按時獨立完成，不要成為學習上的我是可愛的點點寄生蟲我是可愛的點點。作業(yè)是老師檢查了解學生知識掌握情況的一個有效途徑，要求同學們能如實客觀地對待作業(yè)。知之為知之，不知為不知，寧愿獨立完成的空幾題的作業(yè)，也比完全不經過自己大腦思考抄襲來的作業(yè)質量高得多。許多同學自覺性差，平時空空兩手回家，早上早早趕來抄，每天我都布置了一定的英語作業(yè)，因此請各位家長能關注一下你的子女有沒有將作業(yè)帶回家來做，并督促子女認真復習。
3.學習習慣是第一生產力。許多同學英語學習好，并不是他(她)比別人聰明，而是學習習慣比較好。良好的學習習慣可以大大提高你的學習效果，我們班的陳曉玉，陳玲同學，她們學習態(tài)度端正，上課認真，書寫工整，正因為如此，無論什么考試都能取得很好的成績，這與她平時良好的學習習慣是分不開的!而有些同學你看似認真，卻是身在心不在，學習重在表象，完全不扎實，綜合素質卻沒有真正提高。課外也不下功夫，一堂課幾個單詞，一兩個重點句型下節(jié)課過來提問一問三不知，又何談課外擴展與素質提升?這樣的現象很普遍，說到底，還是好的習慣沒有養(yǎng)成，不夠勤奮。另外還有幾個同學，他們的潛力很大，但因為還不夠認真刻苦，所以沒有發(fā)揮出自己最好的水平，希望家長能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績抓上去。我堅信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導下能夠及時完成老師布置的任務，那么一定能學好。要教導您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅持嚴謹的學習作風，成績馬上就會見效。

昨天的觀摩研討課和今天的經驗交流，以兩種不同的形式向我們展示了近年來我市廣大英語教師在課堂教學改革方面取得的成績。在此，我謹代表與會的所有的老師對為我們提供寶貴經驗的單位和老師們表示衷心地感謝！
通過昨天下午的說、評、議活動，在看到成績的同時，我們也清楚地看到了課堂教學中的一些無效、低效現象。這些現象影響著課堂教學的效率，制約著課堂教學向高效目標的發(fā)展。什么是高效？怎樣才能高效？如何克服課堂教學中一些常見的低效現象，使課堂走向高效？我認為是我們亟待解決的問題。所以，今天借此機會和老師們一起就這方面的問題做個交流。
隨著教育改革的不斷深化，課堂教學作為教育過程的中心環(huán)節(jié)，作為推進素質教育、提高教學質量的主渠道、主陣地，愈來愈受到高度的關注。新課程理念最終要通過課堂中的教師得以落實，新課程的目標最終要體現在學生的變化上。新課程改革推進到今天，關注課堂，研究課堂，創(chuàng)新課堂，實現課堂的高效，毫無疑問是實施素質教育和時代發(fā)展新形勢下的必然趨勢，是當前我們教學、教研的中心工作和重要課題。
一、構建高校課堂的背景
1、一系列綱領性文件的出臺
２００１年７月２７日 教育部頒布了《基礎教育課程改革綱要》（試行），新一輪的課程改革開始在全國42個國家級實驗區(qū)試行。其核心理念是：以學生發(fā)展為本。結合學科特點，力爭全方位的落實科學素養(yǎng)教育，為學生的終身發(fā)展奠定基礎。目標定位在知識與技能、過程與方法、情感、態(tài)度和價值觀的新角度。這就要求老師們采取相應的教學策略：將知識和技能緯度的目標立足于讓學生學會，將過程和方法緯度的目標立足于讓學生會學，將情感、態(tài)度、價值觀緯度的目標立足于讓學生樂學。如何幫助學生完成由學會—會學—樂學的轉變，這是檢驗課堂是否高效的重要標準。
同年，教育部又出臺了《英語課程標準》。進一步明確了英語課程改革的重點，強調學生的學習興趣、自信、生活經驗和認知水平，倡導自主、合作、探究的學習方式，使語言學習的過程成為學生形成積極的情感態(tài)度、主動思維和大膽實踐、提高跨文化意識和形成自主學習能力的過程。強調學生良好學習習慣的養(yǎng)成和有效學習策略的形成，更加關注對學生觀察、記憶、思維、想象能力和創(chuàng)新精神的培養(yǎng)；為他們的終身學習和發(fā)展打下良好的基礎。這一切的落實，主渠道還是在課堂。因此，提高課堂的效益和效率，既是提升英語教學質量的關鍵所在，也是英語新課程教學改革成功與否的關鍵所在。
為進一步規(guī)范中小學辦學行為,減輕中小學生過重的課業(yè)負擔,促進學生全面健康和諧發(fā)展和教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,提升基礎教育辦學水平和質量, 2024年，山東省教育廳在全省強力推行素質教育，頒布并實施了《山東省普通中小學管理基本規(guī)范（試行）》，對課程設置、課時等做了明確規(guī)定，特別是對學生的作息時間進行了嚴格控制。學生在校的學習時間減少，文化課教學時間壓縮。。
在學科教學內容依舊，學生的在校時間減少，課時減少的情況下，要想保質保量的完成教學任務，只有在課堂的高效上下功夫。
2024年5月，在全省強力推進素質教育的新形勢下，市教研室在鄒城及時召開了主題為我是可愛的點點創(chuàng)新教學模式，構建高效課堂我是可愛的點點的研討會。會上，市教育局閆局長總結了我市開展構建高下課堂教學改革以來取得的成績，我們學科有四個學校教學模式和方法介紹被收入會議經驗材料匯編。我們這次研討會就是全市研討會在學科的進一步深化。
2、當前英語課堂教學中存在的問題
中考成績和升學率承載著太多的社會壓力，使得我們的教育部門或教育者自身急于求成，急功近利，從而使我們的課堂教學越來越偏離其教育的本質。反思我們的課堂教學，確實存在著一些低效、無效，甚至是負效的現象。歸納起來，具體表現在以下幾方面：
1）籠統(tǒng)表述多，明晰表述少。
許多老師對教學目標的認識淡薄，理解模糊，教學目標表述過于籠統(tǒng)。如：我是可愛的點點用英語談論、描述動物并表達對動物的喜愛我是可愛的點點；我是可愛的點點學習……我是可愛的點點；有的直接就是：我是可愛的點點words：…;phrases…;…我是可愛的點點等，缺乏可操作性，完全成了可有可無的擺設，失去了對教學的指導意義和對課堂的導、控作用，以致無法評價目標的達成度。我們知道，目標的達成度越高，課堂教學的效果就越好。
2）教師講授多，學生實踐少。
老師以我是可愛的點點講得多我是可愛的點點我是可愛的點點講得好我是可愛的點點為滿足，我是可愛的點點滿堂灌我是可愛的點點的現象依然普遍?？倱挠心囊粋€知識點沒講到。不管學生會不會，老師認為該講就講，不關心學生的感受，不關注學生的學得。很多時候，對一些所謂的重點，老師會不厭其煩地一遍遍的講。實踐證明：重復講解學生已知的知識很容易引起學生的心理疲倦，造成課堂氣氛沉悶，學習興趣降低，從而使課堂教學低效，甚至無效。由于課堂上老師的講解占用了大量的時間，學生只是被動的學習者，偶爾會參與一些枯燥、脫離實際的句型操練，沒有足夠的主動參與、體驗、實踐的機會和時間，學生學不會，各項技能得不到應有的訓練和發(fā)展，課堂效率低。課堂的低效能導致學生厭學。
3）關注知識多，學法指導少。
我是可愛的點點授之以魚，不如授之以漁我是可愛的點點這句話老師們再熟悉不過了。著名教育家陶行知說過，我是可愛的點點與其把學生當天津鴨兒添入一些零碎知識，不如給他們幾把鎖匙，使他們可以自動去開發(fā)文化的金庫和宇宙之寶藏。我是可愛的點點……但在實際的課堂教學中，真正關注學生的學習策略，把知識的學習建立在學生實際的認知水平基礎之上，在學習知識的過程中指導學生如何學習的老師有多少？課堂上，教學內容常以語音、詞匯、語法為主線，老師關注的是知識點的講解是否全面、到位。在指導對學生如何學會學習上關注少，做得少，有些老師不知道該怎樣做。結果，學生只會被動地我是可愛的點點接水我是可愛的點點，不會主動地我是可愛的點點取水我是可愛的點點，造成課堂低效。
4）關注預設多，關注生成少。
課堂上，老師把注意力放在預設的教案上，即：按教案教（走教案）。衡量一節(jié)課是否高效，不是看教師有沒有按預設完成教學內容，而是看學生有沒有學到什么或學的好不好。看學生是否獲得自己滿意的學習效果和積極的學習體驗。教案上有什么就教什么；教案上寫的采用哪種活動形式就用哪種；時刻關注的是教學環(huán)節(jié)的推進，對學生在課堂上的表現視而不見。老師提出的問題是否按自己的意愿去回答，把學生納入自己事先編織的框架。（魚臺實驗的例子）在真實、常態(tài)的課堂教學中，我常常發(fā)現教師很多時候，老師所預設的問題本身就有問題，無效問題、假問題、無價值問題充斥課堂。如：為了練第三人稱單數的一般疑問句，課堂上經常出現這樣的情景：老師指著1男生問其他學生我是可愛的點點is he a boy? 我是可愛的點點 （假交際）教師無效的提問耽誤了學生寶貴的課堂學習時間，影響了課堂教學的效率。由于學生的情感、心理變化、對知識的掌握情況以及活動的形式是否符合學生的真實需要等方面受到忽視，必然影響學習情緒、學習行為和學習效果。
5） 活動形式多，實際收效少。
課堂活動形式往往花樣很多，但效果往往不盡人意。問題比較突出的就是：小組合作學習。討論過程、反饋，都只有少數尖子生參與、表現，大部分學生沒有真正參與。突出學生的主體地位不是只突出尖子生的主體地位，課堂教學應面向全體（80%以上的學生）。
6）統(tǒng)一要求多，個性發(fā)展少。
教學目標的確立、問題的提出、活動的設計都缺乏針對性和有效性。整齊劃一的練習和作業(yè)多，發(fā)展個性、分層選擇的任務少。造成課堂效果的低效。
面對新的課改形勢，一方面，我們高興地看到：老師們正在創(chuàng)新教學模式，構建高校課堂方面進行著積極探索和實踐。一些教學模式、教學方法、教學手段的創(chuàng)新和運用給英語課堂帶來了新的生機和活力，為高效課堂的創(chuàng)建提供了寶貴的經驗。如:
另一方面，我們還必須清醒面對當前英語教學中存在的這些影響課堂教學效益的問題。這些問題解決地越好，課堂教學的效益和效率就會越高，教學效果就會越好。
二、 高效課堂的內涵
高效課堂是建立在有效教學基礎之上的。高效相對于我是可愛的點點低效我是可愛的點點而言。排除教學過程中存在的重復的低效的教學模式，力爭以最短的課堂時間達到最高的課堂效果。簡言之：師生用最短的時間獲得最大的效率。
1、高效課堂的文學性概括：知識的超市、生命的狂歡！
2、高效課堂的解釋：
a、三高：高效率、高效益、高效果
b、三動：身（形）動、心（思維）動、神（思想）動
c、三量：思維量、信息量、訓練量
d、三特點：立體式、快節(jié)奏、大容量
e、四學：學生想學、學會、會學和樂學
f、減負：輕負擔、高質量；低耗時、高效益
3、高效課堂的終極目標：
a、通過高效課堂走向高效學習，從而實現終身學習
b、素質教育的素質最主要的是我是可愛的點點學習能力我是可愛的點點：思維力、生成力、表達力（聽、說、讀、寫）
c、實現學生的解放、教師的解放、學校的解放
三、高效課堂對教師的要求
教師要成為我是可愛的點點三者我是可愛的點點：促進者、學習者、決定者
1、首先要完成角色的轉換，教師由傳授者變成學生學習的促進者，做學生成長的推手。
2、實現教學相長，教師還應該成為學習者，與學生一起我是可愛的點點同學我是可愛的點點，我們常講，教師上課也是我是可愛的點點上學我是可愛的點點，教書也是我是可愛的點點進修我是可愛的點點。

我今天的發(fā)言分三個方面。一、英語學習狀況分析;二、如何學好英語;三、對家長的要求。
一、英語學習狀況分析
首先，我們學習英語存在著這些難題：英語不是我們的母語，沒有現成的語言環(huán)境，不能在現實生活中反復運用;所以小朋友們學的知識容易忘記，而且不能立刻體現學英語的價值。但是，英語是國際性語言，我們在求學路上一直都離不開英語。從小學的畢業(yè)考，中考，高考，到考碩士，出國，英語都是必考的。在以后的社會競爭中，你不會英語可能寸步難行。
但是，我們在學校學習英語的時間是非常有限的，只靠課堂40分鐘的學習是遠遠不夠的。要學好英語，學校學習占40%，課后的鞏固學習占60%。那么，在課后學生要怎么做才能把英語學得更好呢?
二、怎樣學好英語
英語學習從哪里開始?學英語不是從背單詞開始，而是從耳朵開始。英語學習從打通耳朵開始。要讓孩子多聽，而且是反復聽同一段英語，不斷的對孩子進行語言的輸入，為孩子的語音語調打好基礎。
那用什么時間聽呢?早上起床之后，在刷牙吃早餐的時候放給孩子聽，晚上可以邊聽邊模仿，聽力水平是學好英語，培養(yǎng)語感的基礎。
父母不懂英語，能幫孩子嗎?只要找對方法，就可以幫助孩子。我們要好好利用學習資源，晚上的時候，要有三十分鐘的英語學習時間，這三十分鐘，家長讓孩子不斷的聽，模仿跟讀，語音語調就是要靠模仿出來的。建議大家最好買金太陽，或錄音帶，因為發(fā)音比較純正。讓孩子每天捂著耳朵朗讀，一方面可以杜絕部分外界影響，另一方面，捂著耳朵聽自己的朗讀像在聽自己的錄音一樣，更清晰。朗讀可以掌握英語節(jié)奏。也是說的一種訓練，反復，持續(xù)的朗讀可以打開英語優(yōu)質記憶回路。
聽，模仿語音語調，讀熟能背下來，這樣的學習對英語來說是最有效的。
孩子是每個家庭的重心和希望。我們真誠地呼吁家長，配合學校，配合老師幫助孩子學好英語。我們要和孩子共同成長。在此，提出我對
