二、旁聽案件。對案件審理并非我們現(xiàn)象中的那樣充滿激情和動人心魄。實際中的民事審判很多程序性問題都省略了，覺得庭審嚴(yán)格但又靈活的一面。
三、跟執(zhí)業(yè)律師到法律援助中心、工商局、派出所等部門調(diào)查取證。在調(diào)查取證過程中會，深深感受和體會到律師執(zhí)業(yè)的重大意義，也體會到律師在刑辯中獲得案卷材料的有限。

一、理論指導(dǎo)實踐，理論結(jié)合實踐。課堂上的理論與實際的工作常有脫節(jié)的地方，這常是我們的疑問。這讓我們深刻認(rèn)識到法學(xué)是一門實踐性很強的社會科學(xué)，法學(xué)教育和實踐的確是有一段距離的。對此，我們抓住每一次機會提高自身業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，促進知識向踐行的轉(zhuǎn)化。
二、階段性總結(jié)。隨時記錄自己的心得體會，也許是粗淺的認(rèn)識，也許是一點點小小的意見與建議。但就是這一點點經(jīng)驗與真知，才是真正的收獲。及時與同實習(xí)的律師交流、互通信息、交流心得、分析實習(xí)中遇到的問題，并采取相應(yīng)的措施。
總的來說，在實習(xí)期間，我深刻感受到律師的責(zé)任與壓力。很多法律現(xiàn)象和法律事實，不是單純依靠法學(xué)理論和法律條文所能解決的。法律本身的漏洞和法律制度的弊端，個人是無法克服的，需要整個法律界以及全社會為之努力，才可能改變。作為一名律師，更重要的是在事實和法律之間尋求平衡。這不僅需要扎實的基本功，還需要有駕馭社會的藝術(shù)。然而，我在以下方面仍需改進：
1、 業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)
一年來，通過從事具體的律師業(yè)務(wù)，自己對法律的理解不斷加深，也越來越體會到理論也實踐的差異。一條看似明確的法律規(guī)定，運用到現(xiàn)實中，問題層出不窮，一個看似簡單的實際問題，反饋到法律上，往往模棱兩可，而在自己進入律師行業(yè)以前對這種現(xiàn)象可能既看不到，也想不到，而正是律師賴以生存的空間，實習(xí)一年，自認(rèn)為在業(yè)務(wù)上最大的收獲不是理解了多少法條，學(xué)會了多少技巧，而是明白了終身學(xué)習(xí)能力對于一個律師業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和業(yè)務(wù)能力的重要性。
2、執(zhí)業(yè)態(tài)度
一年來，跟隨所里面各個律師辦理業(yè)務(wù)，勤奮和認(rèn)真是他們共同的特點，這給我感受很深，這是一個律師應(yīng)有的職業(yè)態(tài)度，在這一點上我要檢討自己的惰性和準(zhǔn)備不足，這反映自己對律師工作的認(rèn)識和從事律師執(zhí)業(yè)仍顯準(zhǔn)備不足。律師不僅不是一個輕松休閑的職業(yè)，而且是一個充滿挑戰(zhàn)、需要付出艱辛的工作，獨立、勤奮、認(rèn)真是一個律師必須具備的執(zhí)業(yè)態(tài)度。人固有惰性，但為了從事的職業(yè)和自我實現(xiàn)，必須克服這種惰性，和依賴，以自我實現(xiàn)成為習(xí)慣，而不是惰性和依賴。
3、人際交往
良好的交際能力是一個優(yōu)秀律師必備的素質(zhì)，自己在人際交往上還存在缺陷，一年實習(xí)期，在這方面還未得到多大改善，緊張、無序、混亂、拘謹(jǐn)?shù)膱雒嬉廊蝗绻剩@應(yīng)該是缺乏自信的表現(xiàn)。對此，在以后的執(zhí)業(yè)過程中，自己要盡可能多學(xué)習(xí)、充實自己，提升自信心，人際交往從日常生活做起，從身邊做起，做到不卑不亢，不急不躁，在人際交往中找到自己，實現(xiàn)自己。
經(jīng)過一年的實習(xí)，我深刻認(rèn)識到，終身學(xué)習(xí)能力對于一個律師業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和業(yè)務(wù)能的重要性。以前的學(xué)習(xí)只是為從事律師職業(yè)打下了一些基礎(chǔ)，或者說是僅僅為了邁向律師殿堂的門檻。社會飛速發(fā)展，新的情勢不斷變化，法律持續(xù)更新，現(xiàn)在是一個學(xué)習(xí)型的社會，根本不存在一勞永逸的學(xué)習(xí)，律師行業(yè)更是如此，沒有自我更新能力的律師注定是要被淘汰的。成長為一名合格的執(zhí)業(yè)律，不僅僅要不斷學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)理論知識，還要學(xué)習(xí)與之相關(guān)的各學(xué)科知識。
實習(xí)歲月已經(jīng)結(jié)束，即將迎來我們的職業(yè)生涯，我希望用自己的汗水與辛勤的努力，書寫新的人生篇章。
