2.be responsible for ams/aci filing, isf filing for us/canada tradelane.根據(jù)要求歸檔相關(guān)文件
3.be responsible for the master bill confirmation, checking, insurance timely according to the destination customs policy.根據(jù)目的港客戶要求負(fù)責(zé)大單確認(rèn)、檢查
3.be responsible for hb/l confirmation, checking timely.及時(shí)確認(rèn)hb/l
4.issue and release the hb/l to customer against payment timely.根據(jù)付款及時(shí)發(fā)放hb/l
5.follow up the sop for vip customers.跟蹤大客戶的流程
6.prepare for the pre-alert/doc set and relevant shipping docs to overseas branch/agent timely.為海外分支或代理準(zhǔn)備預(yù)告單和相關(guān)貨運(yùn)文件
7.build up and maintain the good relationship with customers and agents.與客戶、代理保持良好的溝通
8.maintain the good service quality. 確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量
qualifications:
1.college education; majored in logistics, international transportation,international business, foreign trade, or english is preferred 大專物流、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、國(guó)際商務(wù)、涉外貿(mào)易或英語(yǔ)專業(yè)
2.good skills in ms office application 熟悉辦公軟件
3. team spirit, proactive, hard working, 具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
4. good typing skill and detail oriented 打字快,工作仔細(xì)
