tasks
communicate with customer to clarify the technical requirement
lead project team to generate the concept and draft the technical specification
communicate with team member and suppliers to make the cost and time planning
work together with pmo and testing colleagues to get the investment approval
lead project team to do risk analysis and make mitigation actions
planning/process/implement and cross department coordination
lead project team to solve problems during project running
lead project review with hq, china top management
escalate problem and seek support from top management
work together with hq pms to optimize the process
external cooperation regarding test rig development and ind 4.0
support and take initiatives on fit for quality, move, ehs
support on environmental management, internal control, excellence
requirements
bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
pm-experience with engineering background
pmi or pmp certificate
good knowledge in engineering project management
good knowledge mechanic engineering or electrical engineering
good problem solving capability
good communication skills
good command in english
team player
第2篇 非標(biāo)設(shè)備開發(fā)項(xiàng)目崗位職責(zé)
1.有非標(biāo)機(jī)械與電子專業(yè)知識,可使用soliderworks & cad,熟悉機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、傳動機(jī)構(gòu)、plc及電子電路相關(guān)知識;
2.有cable制程非標(biāo)設(shè)備或大型非標(biāo)機(jī)械廠項(xiàng)目管理及追蹤經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;*重要*
3.確認(rèn)研發(fā)部門設(shè)計(jì)方案,檢討方案的有效與實(shí)現(xiàn)性,符合客戶各參數(shù)指標(biāo)需求;*重要*
4.了解焊接類線材加工制程,有市場資源訊息,了解線材焊接前沿設(shè)備加工制程設(shè)備使用;
5.參與客戶方案樣品與制程跟蹤驗(yàn)證,并參與項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目審定前期工作;
6. 可熟練執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目各部門銜接及進(jìn)度管控;
7.有文件及資料的歸檔及收集整理能力;
8.定期核實(shí)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行性,并匯總報告至總經(jīng)理室;
9.制定項(xiàng)目相關(guān)教材與組織人員培訓(xùn);
10. 追蹤確認(rèn)新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、加工、組裝、程序、驗(yàn)證及客戶使用順暢性;
11.有很好的溝通及執(zhí)行力,對跨部門運(yùn)作有相當(dāng)知能與魄力;
12.為使項(xiàng)目管理工作更具時效性,對組織運(yùn)作及結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)整有相當(dāng)?shù)慕?jīng)驗(yàn)與建議;
