第2篇 產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目崗位職責(zé)
工作職責(zé):
a、職責(zé)概述:
分析/預(yù)測細(xì)分市場的發(fā)展趨勢及競爭對手的產(chǎn)品策略, 研究客戶需求特征,制定相應(yīng)的sgm產(chǎn)品定位和目標(biāo);負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品全生命周期的產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃管理;支持項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)平衡產(chǎn)品、資源、成本及投資回報,完成項(xiàng)目可行性分析,報執(zhí)委會和董事會審批;支持項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)管理整車項(xiàng)目,確保項(xiàng)目的順利投產(chǎn),滿足項(xiàng)目平衡計分卡制定的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)目標(biāo)。

7.項(xiàng)目例會管理:組織并主持項(xiàng)目實(shí)施例會(pet會議)。記錄并分發(fā)會議紀(jì)要。

二、任職條件
1、教育背景:
流體傳動及控制(液壓)、機(jī)械設(shè)計制造及其自動化等液壓機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)全日制大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,985/211優(yōu)先。
2、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):
3年以上液壓產(chǎn)品設(shè)計經(jīng)驗(yàn),能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行安調(diào),有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠進(jìn)行一般液壓及機(jī)械的設(shè)計計算,獨(dú)立完成一般液壓系統(tǒng)的原理圖設(shè)計,熟悉液壓元器件品牌,能較好的進(jìn)行液壓元器件選型、匹配,能獨(dú)立分析、解決簡單的液壓機(jī)械產(chǎn)品故障,能夠獨(dú)立設(shè)計一般的液壓機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)件。
3、技能基礎(chǔ):
熟練使用autocad、solidworks等設(shè)計軟件,以及通用辦公軟件,具備良好的英語文獻(xiàn)讀寫能力,能熟練閱讀及翻譯本專業(yè)范圍內(nèi)英文資料和文獻(xiàn),文字編制能力較強(qiáng)者優(yōu)先。
