you will be responsible for ericsson rbs product transceiver design, verification and maintenance

qualifications:

?solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field, experiences on radio circuit design like: pll,lna,mixer,rf switch etc
?familiar with radio instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, etc
?good written and spoken english
?good communication skills and social abilities preferred experience on
?transceiver link design(such as link budget, requirement allocation, key component selection)
?familiarity of radio simulation sw such as ads, hfss
?solid analytical and problem solving skills

無線電工程師是指研究、開發(fā)、維護無線通信、傳輸設(shè)備，廣播視聽設(shè)備和電子儀器、儀表的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員。
無線電工程師崗位職責(zé)
1.研究、開發(fā)、調(diào)試無線通信、傳輸設(shè)備的部件和整機；
2.研究、開發(fā)、調(diào)試電視機、收音機、音響設(shè)備等視聽設(shè)備；
3.調(diào)試、維護微波通信、衛(wèi)星通信、移動通信等無線通信、傳輸設(shè)備；
4.負責(zé)系統(tǒng)無線指標測試以及相關(guān)認證等工作；
5.參與系統(tǒng)的可靠性設(shè)計方案，配合可靠性試驗；
6.從事與無線電監(jiān)測和無線通信專業(yè)相關(guān)的技術(shù)、服務(wù)、商務(wù)工作。
無線電工程師崗位要求
1.熟悉軟件無線電技術(shù)及無線電測試儀表者優(yōu)先；
2.熟悉計算機硬件和軟件，具有較全面的計算機軟件語言和硬件知識；
3.具備一定的電工理論，較多的電路設(shè)計維修經(jīng)驗；
4.能夠熟練運用protel99繪制pcb板。會簡單電路板打樣，測試和維修；
5.會編制電路板生產(chǎn)文件，產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書和說明書；
6.工作勤勉踏實，責(zé)任心強，認真細致；
7.思維敏捷， 工作細致，愛鉆研。

1.負責(zé)無線電專業(yè)的各類細儀器的校準、校準方法的研究,承擔(dān)相關(guān)課題。
2.能獨立解決無線電專業(yè)的疑難問題。
