無線電工程師是指研究、開發(fā)、維護無線通信、傳輸設備，廣播視聽設備和電子儀器、儀表的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員。
無線電工程師崗位職責
1.研究、開發(fā)、調(diào)試無線通信、傳輸設備的部件和整機；
2.研究、開發(fā)、調(diào)試電視機、收音機、音響設備等視聽設備；
3.調(diào)試、維護微波通信、衛(wèi)星通信、移動通信等無線通信、傳輸設備；
4.負責系統(tǒng)無線指標測試以及相關(guān)認證等工作；
5.參與系統(tǒng)的可靠性設計方案，配合可靠性試驗；
6.從事與無線電監(jiān)測和無線通信專業(yè)相關(guān)的技術(shù)、服務、商務工作。
無線電工程師崗位要求
1.熟悉軟件無線電技術(shù)及無線電測試儀表者優(yōu)先；
2.熟悉計算機硬件和軟件，具有較全面的計算機軟件語言和硬件知識；
3.具備一定的電工理論，較多的電路設計維修經(jīng)驗；
4.能夠熟練運用protel99繪制pcb板。會簡單電路板打樣，測試和維修；
5.會編制電路板生產(chǎn)文件，產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書和說明書；
6.工作勤勉踏實，責任心強，認真細致；
7.思維敏捷， 工作細致，愛鉆研。

you will be responsible for ericsson rbs product transceiver design, verification and maintenance
?design/maintain work to meet project requirement
?follow ericsson design and daily work process/procedure
?to carry out effectively and efficiently for all the activities
?keep study continuously to maintain competition level
?support production when needed
your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
?theory analysis and simulation for radio design.
?verify radio performance
?tuning and optimize radio performance
qualifications:
basic requirement
?bs or above in wireless communication or equivalent
?2 + years experience in telecommunications (3+ for bs)
?solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field, experiences on radio circuit design like: pll,lna,mixer,rf switch etc
?familiar with radio instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, etc
?good written and spoken english
?good communication skills and social abilities preferred experience on
?transceiver link design(such as link budget, requirement allocation, key component selection)
?familiarity of radio simulation sw such as ads, hfss
?solid analytical and problem solving skills
