工程前期管理崗位職責
(前期)供應商質(zhì)量管理工程師 asqe [main responsibilities]
1. the role of an advanced supplier quality (asq) engineer is to ensure the execution of the advanced product quality planning (apqp) process and its completion in due time and follow up the performance of the supplier. the main missions of the role are to:
2. deploy apqp related to the development phase (or in current production) of bought-out parts following the group's purchasing requirements
3. assess suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer in order to complete the global panel evaluation
4. give recommendations and/or technical decisions to ensure a defect-free process through program management
5. manage progress plan with low-performance suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer
6. manage the process qualification(trial run at rate & process audit)with plant supplier quality assurance (sqa) engineer and program quality engineer
7. follow the apqp progress with the status report and take decision in collaboration with the program team
8. train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied
9. monitor the production part approval before the transfer to the plant and hand over to the plant sqa engineer
10. manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations
11. conduct supplier panel assessments in accordance to the commodity/the process & technology responsibilities
[qualification requirement]
1. bachelor degree in engineering with a specialization in mechanical or material.
2. minimum 3 years experience as an asq in an industrial environment
3. results oriented
4. strong written and oral communications skills
5. ability to work in a matrixed organisation
6. international mind set， good oral english 兩個職位，分別位于上海和佛山。前期供應商質(zhì)量管理崗位，負責新項目導入階段的供應商管理。產(chǎn)品主要為機械/塑料件，要求熟悉汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理工具，具備新項目導入階段的供應商管理經(jīng)驗，英文可以作為工作語言使用。 [main responsibilities]

第2篇 工程前期管理崗位職責
崗位職責:
1、負責業(yè)主與設計之間的專業(yè)協(xié)調(diào),協(xié)助方案評審、施工圖審查;
2、負責設計及設計顧問之間的專業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)工作;
3、負責項目報批報建、項目招標采購的技術(shù)問題協(xié)調(diào)工作;
4、負責施工現(xiàn)場的技術(shù)問題協(xié)調(diào)工作;
5、負責項目現(xiàn)場的日常管理工作;
6、配合項目經(jīng)理開展其他必要的項目管理工作。
任職要求:
基本學歷:
1.本科及以上學歷,項目管理、工程管理、工民建等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2.3年以上工程項目管理、工程項目現(xiàn)場管理工作經(jīng)歷;
其他要求:
1.具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力以及學習新知識的能力;具備良好的執(zhí)行能力、問題解決分析能力;
2.熟悉工程管理知識,熟悉國家及地方相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)范、規(guī)程;
3.能熟練運用office、project、cad等軟件
4.工作嚴謹,責任心強,具有較強的團隊意識與協(xié)作精神;
5.能適應駐外工作。
