工作職責(zé):
1.分解公司財年銷售指標,制定銷售計劃;
2.落實銷售計劃,拜訪客戶,充分溝通客戶,識別客戶需求潛力,并與產(chǎn)品部撰寫產(chǎn)品方案及講解,完成客戶開發(fā)到收款和執(zhí)行結(jié)案的全過程,發(fā)展新客戶并完成銷售任務(wù);
3.收集轄區(qū)市場信息與競爭對手信息,提交行業(yè)進展分析報告;
4.配合公司整體經(jīng)營規(guī)劃,完成銷售區(qū)域內(nèi)銷售活動的策劃與執(zhí)行;
5.保持與客戶的良好溝通,保障客戶服務(wù)滿意度;
任職要求:
1. 教育背景與培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷:
本科及以上學(xué)歷,糖尿病(用藥與器械)慢病管理領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先,醫(yī)藥與移動醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先
2. 工作經(jīng)驗:3年以上醫(yī)藥行業(yè)服務(wù)領(lǐng)域銷售經(jīng)驗
3. 專業(yè)技能及語言要求:
銷售與銷售管理,撰寫并講解解決方案,熟悉醫(yī)藥與移動醫(yī)療、醫(yī)患管理領(lǐng)域;
對醫(yī)藥圈及相關(guān)移動醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域有創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,乙方及mba優(yōu)先。
4. 能力要求:
具備極強的開拓意識;
擁有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,積極樂觀;具備合作精神。
銷售實踐經(jīng)驗豐富。

job responsibilities:
develop and implement infrastructure concept business strategy accordance with core protective coatings china strategy.
in charge of coordinating and supporting cross-border projects, and contribute to infrastructure concept sales budget and sustainable sales growth.
closely contact global infra. concept and global infra. marketing dept. in order to get the relative support from head office.
consistently carry out new market research and study, collect market intelligence for product innovation implement.
promoting infra concept conferences for branding and sales growth.
sort out the internal professional documents, such as references, proposals.
to work on most effective strategy as well as the business plan in terms of cross-border business;
to achieve both the bottom line and top line within concept;
to increase jotun market share and competence within the concept;
to support and cooperate with sales/dealer/spec team to secure more cross-border projects.
job requirements:
fresh graduate, bachelor degree or above;
major in materials, chemical or related is preferred;
fluent english, both spoken and written;
great communication skills and willingness to work in a team, social competence, mobility, creativity;
accept business trip;
