第1篇 管理流程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé):
1、建立項(xiàng)目流程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定工作規(guī)范和章程,組織員工培訓(xùn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享;
2、對(duì)公司項(xiàng)目集集中管控,其中包含進(jìn)程管理、質(zhì)量管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、問(wèn)題管理、資源池管理、績(jī)效匯報(bào)等;從市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)、供方考察、供方確認(rèn)、合同、項(xiàng)目研發(fā)、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施、項(xiàng)目上線、階段性驗(yàn)收、階段性付款、項(xiàng)目運(yùn)維、產(chǎn)品更新迭代完整生命周期進(jìn)行規(guī)范化管理;
3、部門(mén)日常事務(wù)性工作。
任職資格
1、具有五年以上獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)跨多部門(mén)集成類(lèi)大型項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、練使用各種項(xiàng)目管理工具,文檔能力強(qiáng),獨(dú)立做過(guò)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)指導(dǎo)手冊(cè)、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施計(jì)劃等項(xiàng)目初期建設(shè)文檔;
3、執(zhí)行能力強(qiáng)。善于歸納總結(jié)不間斷優(yōu)化改善計(jì)劃,善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題解決問(wèn)題,推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)效能不斷提升;
4、正直、敬業(yè)、主動(dòng)、積極、樂(lè)觀,有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力、溝通能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力和邏輯思維能力;具有吃苦耐勞精神,能承受較大工作壓力;
5、本科學(xué)歷以上,具備pmp相關(guān)資質(zhì)證書(shū)者優(yōu)先,pmo工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
