4、組織案場(chǎng)人員進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)研討與學(xué)習(xí),以各種形式幫助案場(chǎng)其他人員提高業(yè)務(wù)能力,督促其他人員進(jìn)行自我反省與總結(jié).
(三)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)客觀情況向項(xiàng)目小組(企劃部)及銷售公司經(jīng)理匯報(bào)銷售及管理工作。
1、每月提供銷售情況匯總報(bào)告,綜合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各崗位人員意見,反饋客戶意見與建議,為企劃制定推廣方案提供有效可靠的依據(jù)。
2、及時(shí)向銷售公司經(jīng)理反映現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理狀況,利用部門人員考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn),各崗位人員工作進(jìn)行評(píng)定,提供人員獎(jiǎng)罰及調(diào)整建議。
(四)與相關(guān)部門或人員進(jìn)行有效溝通,適時(shí)解決問題,維護(hù)整體利益。
1、代理項(xiàng)目
與發(fā)展商現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員良好配合,促進(jìn)友好關(guān)系 ,適時(shí)展開公關(guān)活動(dòng),爭(zhēng)取對(duì)方人員的最大幫助,同時(shí)堅(jiān)持原則,維護(hù)公司既得利益。
2、投資開發(fā)項(xiàng)目
通過正常條線反映問題,配合其他部門展開相關(guān)工作,顧全大局,步調(diào)一致。協(xié)調(diào)解決問題。
(五)項(xiàng)目收益結(jié)算
1、代理項(xiàng)目
負(fù)責(zé)向銷售部提供準(zhǔn)確的結(jié)帳期銷售明細(xì)表,負(fù)責(zé)與開發(fā)商相關(guān)人員的接洽聯(lián)系,負(fù)責(zé)按時(shí)按期準(zhǔn)確的完成代理收益的案場(chǎng)結(jié)算工作.
2、開發(fā)項(xiàng)目
負(fù)責(zé)向銷售部提供完整的銷售明細(xì)表,準(zhǔn)確反映本期銷售成果,為公司財(cái)務(wù)管理中心的項(xiàng)目結(jié)算工作提供準(zhǔn)確的原始數(shù)據(jù).
