任職資格:
1.全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2.3年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,具備保險公司電銷業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展/項目經(jīng)理經(jīng)驗或非保險公司市場策劃經(jīng)驗;
3.熟練運(yùn)用office,有一定的excel統(tǒng)計和編輯技能;
4.對文案撰寫較為熟練,具備合同起草、營銷方案起草經(jīng)驗最佳;
5.有較強(qiáng)的親和力,性格外向,較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力,能承受一定的工作壓力;
6.良好的溝通能力及責(zé)任心。

this role of bd specialist`s main responsibilities include but not limited to: identifying and incubating business interests and opportunities for customers around beijing area. the role is expected to provide business development strategic and sales support to various product lines by study the region market and business environment situation.
ii. responsibility and authority
1. collect and analyze potential client information and competition information;
2. effectively communicate with target client by telephone, visit, meeting, marketing events and other approaches to understand customer needs, look for business opportunities;
3. support the preparation of presentation materials and proposal documents;
4. collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs and manage client expectations;
5. maintain relationship with existing clients to enhance client satisfaction, explore repetitive business opportunities & cross-selling opportunities;
6. timely input and update business information in crm system, work out customer sales strategy, visit plan and exploit customer demands deeply;
7. achieve personal sales targets and objectives;
8. complete tasks as assigned by leader.
iii. education and experience
1. college degree or above, more than 5 years working experiences in sales, towards multinational company, large local company or e-commerce company is preferred.
2. a sound understanding of client requirements, market trend and industrial competitors
3. excellent interpersonal communication skills with both clients and internal departments;
4. good presentation skills;
5. microsoft office skills including ppt proficiency;
6. good command of english;
7. responsible, self-motivated, positive working attitude and team-work player.
