任職資格

1 年以上物流或食品行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉包裝材料市場(chǎng);

堅(jiān)韌抗壓,溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力較好,執(zhí)行力強(qiáng);

有項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有一定包材供應(yīng)商資源者優(yōu)先。

- life cycle management: commercial product life cycle management, value added activity for customer through advantage material development (cost & quality), and product cost optimization.

key accountability 主要職責(zé)

1 fully understand customer needs, actively provide professional recommendations, good communication with customer/consumer and relative department to ensure the project implementation, continuously add value from technical side

充分了解客戶需求,積極提供專業(yè)的建議,并與客戶以及相關(guān)部門的良好充分溝通,保證項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施,提供技術(shù)上的增值服務(wù)。

2 organize and implement rsr, msr, psr, correctly and timely report the trial result.

制定計(jì)劃并組織實(shí)施rsr/msr/psr,確保及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的報(bào)告和跟蹤。

3 develop rms, ps, fps and get them approved in time. also responsible for specification’s revision.

制定包裝規(guī)范并確保其及時(shí)簽署。并負(fù)責(zé)起草/核實(shí)/簽署產(chǎn)品規(guī)范的變更。

4 apply raw material and product safety clearance, patent clearance assessment for each new project.

為材料和產(chǎn)品申請(qǐng)安全號(hào)和專利,產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)前完成專利評(píng)估。

5 complete the documentations required by internal control and iso9000.

根據(jù)公司的內(nèi)控和相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量體系的要求完成相應(yīng)的文件性工作。

6 lead and support lcm, develop advantage material (cost & quality) with supplier, procurement, seq and operation team, reduce supply risk.

支持和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品生命周期的管理,和采購(gòu),質(zhì)量,生產(chǎn)部門一起開發(fā)有優(yōu)勢(shì)的供應(yīng)商,降低產(chǎn)品成本和供應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

第3篇 包裝設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)

工作職責(zé):

1、根據(jù)客戶需求,完成非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品方案設(shè)計(jì);

2、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),平面設(shè)計(jì),新技術(shù)解決方案設(shè)計(jì),材料、工藝方案與測(cè)試方案設(shè)計(jì)工作;

3、審批和決策產(chǎn)品方案實(shí)施過程中重大問題及變更;

4、評(píng)估生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)能、生產(chǎn)可行性、生產(chǎn)效率、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)估;

5、評(píng)估主材料成本、加工成本、次品率;

第4篇 包裝項(xiàng)目助理崗位職責(zé)

1、銷量計(jì)劃管理:制定小包裝面品類/產(chǎn)品/項(xiàng)目在區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售計(jì)劃,并將銷售計(jì)劃分解到銷售區(qū)域;跟進(jìn)銷售進(jìn)度,指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督銷售區(qū)域完成各項(xiàng)銷售任務(wù);

2、對(duì)公司品牌進(jìn)行管理:制定小包裝面品類/產(chǎn)品/項(xiàng)目在區(qū)域內(nèi)的品牌發(fā)展規(guī)劃,指導(dǎo)和協(xié)助銷售區(qū)域進(jìn)行品牌管理,監(jiān)督執(zhí)行,保證銷售目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn);

3、監(jiān)督營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)執(zhí)行:組織、監(jiān)督、執(zhí)行小包裝面品類/產(chǎn)品/項(xiàng)目在區(qū)域內(nèi)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)方案;

4、控制營(yíng)銷費(fèi)用:編制小包裝面品類/產(chǎn)品/項(xiàng)目年度營(yíng)銷費(fèi)用預(yù)算,組織、監(jiān)控各類營(yíng)銷推廣活動(dòng)的策劃和執(zhí)行,確保資源的合理利用;

5、進(jìn)行銷售標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理:按照項(xiàng)目部的指導(dǎo)意見制定小包裝面品牌/品類/項(xiàng)目/產(chǎn)品的具體銷售標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并督促執(zhí)行;

6、市場(chǎng)部團(tuán)隊(duì)管理: 根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要,培養(yǎng)建設(shè)誠(chéng)信務(wù)實(shí)、專業(yè)高效、勤奮創(chuàng)新的專業(yè)營(yíng)銷管理團(tuán)隊(duì)。

任職條件:

1、3年以上快消品工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、在知名快消品面行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)渠道工作經(jīng)歷、銷售及市場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮;

2、大專及以上學(xué)歷,男女不限,能接受經(jīng)常性出差;
