第2篇 海外銷售總監(jiān)崗位職責

崗位職責:

· 負責制定公司產品的海外營銷策略;

· 根據(jù)公司下達的年度銷售目標,組織制定、實施年度銷售計劃;

· 制定產品宣傳、市場推廣策略并實施;

· 負責客戶信息的收集、歸檔及客戶信用、競爭對手的調查;

· 制定并規(guī)劃藥品進出口業(yè)務流程;

· 建立海外營銷團隊,并對銷售人員進行培訓,指導其完成公司銷售任務;

· 對銷售計劃、市場活動的實施,海外業(yè)務合同的洽談、草擬及出口訂單的執(zhí)行進行監(jiān)督;

· 負責費用的控制,定期進行費用使用情況的差異分析及調整;

· 上級交辦的其他任務。

任職資格:

· 英語聽、讀、寫水平優(yōu)秀,口語表達熟練;

· 具備5年以上海外藥品市場拓展經(jīng)驗,至少3年以上團隊管理經(jīng)驗;

· 能獨立進行營銷策劃,熟悉國內外展會的運作;

· 精通藥品外貿操作流程,能操控及管理海外各區(qū)域市場;

· 具有極強的溝通、協(xié)調、分析、談判等解決問題及統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃能力;

第3篇 國內外銷售總監(jiān)崗位職責職位要求

職責描述:

1.銷售管理職位,全面管理國內國外銷售團隊。負責其功能領域內主要目標和計劃的制定、

制定并執(zhí)行相關的銷售政策和制度;

2.制定部門工作計劃及相關預算,建立、優(yōu)化公司貿易業(yè)務的操作流程及管理制度;

3.參與制定并規(guī)劃國內市場營銷及進出口業(yè)務流程,收集、分析行業(yè)重要信息數(shù)據(jù)、積極開拓國內外市場;

4.負責組織部門人員參加相關市場推廣活動,協(xié)助部門人員發(fā)現(xiàn)并跟進潛在客戶,及同客戶磋商達成訂單;

建立順暢的客戶溝通渠道,主持客戶的業(yè)務談判及成交,創(chuàng)建長期、良好、穩(wěn)固的區(qū)域客戶關系;

確保銷售業(yè)績的達成與銷售費用的合理分配與控制;

5.根據(jù)公司的長遠發(fā)展需要,組織開展銷售團隊建設,負責團隊目標績效管理,支持銷售目標的達成。

1.8年以上國內外銷售團隊管理經(jīng)驗(具有pet吸音等裝飾材料銷售經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先);

2.本科及以上學歷,具有優(yōu)秀的英語口頭表達能力和一定的文字寫作功底,能給國外客戶打電話溝通。

能輕松看懂客戶來信和回復客戶郵件;

3.熟悉國內市場營銷和國際貿易業(yè)務流程,了解、熟悉貿易工作的各項流程及相關法律法規(guī)。

良好的團隊合作精神,優(yōu)秀的人際交往和協(xié)調能力,極強的解決問題的能力;

4.具備優(yōu)秀的組織管理能力,良好的溝通和談判技巧,良好的創(chuàng)新意識、團隊合作能力及服務意識

qualifications:
