principal accountabilities

responsible for all entertainment productions and technical related budgeting, procurement and contracting work
?負責協(xié)調審查所有演藝相關圖紙并與設計部對接。
responsible for the coordination of all vetting work required for entertainment related drawings and be the main
point of contact for the design team.
?核對項目所涉及的各項信息,監(jiān)督進度,以確保各方按時交付
collate information and produce schedules to ensure that key deliverables by the different parties are timely.
?有效地計劃和控制預算
plan and control production budget
?確保在項目的實施過程中各方進行有效的計劃和溝通
plan and oversee coordination with different parties, including senior management, through the production process to ensure effective communication and efficient planning.
?協(xié)助建立制作和技術演藝運營標準和流程
assists in developing policies, processes and standards required for the production and technical team
?維持公司合作方和資源庫,并與各通道供應商保持良好關系
establish a strong network of vendors and partners locally and internationally
?負責于項目現(xiàn)場的安全問題,保證項目良好實施
responsible for ensuring implementation of workplace health and safety standards for shows
?獨立準備的完成項目進展報告
prepare show progress updates and administrative reports for management review
functional / technical experience
?至少3-5年的制作經驗及項目管理經驗
at least 3-5 years in a production role and/or project management role
?對于現(xiàn)場娛樂演出扎實的基本知識結構和夯實的工作執(zhí)行能力,并具有一定的概念性思維
a strong working knowledge of the entire show development process for live entertainment, from concept through production
?有相關舞臺制作及劇目設計的經驗為最佳
good knowledge of theatre design and construction is a plus
第2篇 制作部經理崗位職責
(一)工作職責:
1、負責公司產品的整體設計、廣告展示設計、整體布局、推廣等設計工作。
2、負責廣告、產品的創(chuàng)意設計,把握整體風格和視覺呈現(xiàn),全面提升產品的整體視覺效果。
3、負責對產品拍攝及方案策劃、對產品的創(chuàng)意策略和創(chuàng)意構思進行提案工作,配合公司整體的營銷策略以達到預期的市場效果。
4、為美術、文字、動畫等創(chuàng)意作品的創(chuàng)意概念發(fā)起、指導、執(zhí)行的整體過程負責,出品把控。
5、完成領導交辦的其他工作。
(二)崗位要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,美術、設計、視覺傳達相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
2、年齡在25-40歲,男女不限。
3、有2年以上相關行業(yè)的平面設計經驗并具備獨立完成項目設計工作的能力。
4、具有較強視覺效果表現(xiàn)能力和敏銳的潮流觸覺。
5、性格開朗樂觀,做事嚴謹負責,有一定的團隊領導能力。
第3篇 廣告制作經理崗位職責

§ 負責全國范圍的大型超市的海報促銷宣傳冊制作,控管海報設計制作的質量;對外負責與廣告公司的溝通,對內負責與采購的溝通協(xié)調;
§ 廣告制作的訂單與費用管理:數(shù)量掌握ariba 系統(tǒng),制定海報制作的設計與印刷的訂單,相應費用的匯總與分析;
§ 促銷系統(tǒng)的日常維護與管理:熟練掌握all in one系統(tǒng),并做日常維護與管理;
§ 廣告發(fā)布與跟蹤:印刷文件交付給印刷廠,并跟蹤反饋印刷到店時間及印刷質量;

§ 技能 :
§ 本科,視覺傳達類專業(yè)或出版印刷專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
§ 英語4級以上,類似崗位或相關行業(yè)2年工作經驗,擁有大型零售企業(yè)工作經驗優(yōu)先;
§ 良好的服務意識和團隊精神,工作有擔當,抗壓能力強;
§ 掌握微軟辦公軟件(word, excel, powerpoint & outlook),繪圖軟件(indesign,ps, cd,ai);
§ 出色的口頭和書面表達能力,組織技巧,井井有條,按時完成工作;
§ 敏感的商業(yè)意識和分析能力。
